- A fun little plane, but not one that I would take over the F-14B, MiG-29 or G-16, specifically the Netz. Is definitely cool to jet around and beam people with HMD Python 3s though!

Low fuel phantom would be amazing to see. So many people underestimate the phantom when it's low on fuel. So showcasing that would be sweet.

Once the J-8F gets the pl-12's it will be a monster of a interceptor.
The J-8 isnt meant to do dogfights. All you need to do with the pl-12 is climb high and pump off all 4 and then dive back to base. They will most likely hit or should unless the devs dont nerf the shit out of them

F-14B with the BOL upgrade, I just turn on periodic countermeasures once I’ve gotten to engagement range. Five minutes where no IR missiles can touch me. Get fucked, Python-slingers!

@@GeneralLee2000ah, and me trying not to die on mig-23m with 12 flares that don’t work on this mig even if you turn and shut off engine at the same time if any IR missile was launched from 6 and that’s really very weird because on 23ml/mld or any 21 you can just fly straight and do nothing but 1 flare to fool the missile

used 2 of my 6 missiles to stop an aim7m and r27er in a head on with 2 people then killed them both. 10/10 would python again

So F-16 cant get aim-9m, mig-29 cant get r-73, but this thing can run with stuff like that, and its can turn 10-14g when f-16 barrely turns 8g? :DDD cool xD china numba 1, cool that i started grinding them cuz the event.
PL-12 should come with AMRAAMs and R-77R/T

9M is gonna have similar performance to 9L just a better seekerhead, the 9X will easily outdo this though.

@@weltall7283 perhaps a little bit better but essentially, yes.
Other more modern and advanced missiles pull 50-60Gs and have thrust vectoring and can pull near 90 degrees off the rail. Also stuff like the AA-11, IRSIS-T, 9X BLOCK III, and Python V can also miss, and require the target by looping 180 degrees.

beyond visual range, mostly used for radar missiles with long range but not always ofc, most ppl just use it for that .

why is it that when the Chinese jets get 6 40g missiles its great but when the russians get 4 40g missiles with mig it gets canceled so hard
cause there isnt as much chinese players as there are russian players.
Yeah, f-16 in israel tech tree got same missiles, so theres even "better" plane ("better" cuz its not better cuz f-16 have garbage flying model atm) so yeah its really funny, like ppl dont care about balance until its russian jet, imagine complaining about r73 which are not that op now and theres already pythons 3 when USA gots f-14B with 8 missiles and 700 7427824729 flares, pretty balanced yes, and of course phoenixes.
Just add aim-9m and r-73 for fighters already.
Shame just how the meta is, not in favor of any delta wing aircraft

@@GeneralLee2000 if the kcir c7 gets them why not the J7e? and it only sits 0.3 BRs higher so i think the J7e should get the same treatment. Pl5bs are good but not as great due to the missiles nerf, and J7e struggles to fight against radar missiles with only rear aspect missiles (no all aspects even at 'top tier') and pretty slow compared to other competition AND only having 4 missiles whilst most other jets have 6 or more (mig29, f14, f4's, mig21,s etc)
@@shikikanaz4624 the Kfir C.7, while faster, doesn't have nearly as good energy retention as the J-7E. That's the big advantage of the J-7E, is its energy retention. If it got Pythons it'd have to go to 11.3, and lose the more favorable matchmaker it has at 11.0. Compared to other 11.0s the PL-5B is still extremely lethal as well, so personally I don't think it should get the Python.

Whut? I love my 11.3 F-4J. Equipped with Bombs for one base it outruns other bomb carrying planes to the first Base, then also equipped with 4 AIM-7F Sparrows you can hunt enemies. I think, u dont even need Sidewinders. The F Sparrows with the Radar of the J perform very good, in my opinion.
In my configuration you are the first to bomb a Base and can get 2-3 Kills in a run, with only the 4 Sparrows the flight Performance then is OK.

@@johnmarek1103 they are not even half as good as pythons or aim9Ls. R60Ms are slower, can pull less Gs and have less explosive, they are also not as flare resistant
idk propably when usa gets f-22 so theres ppl less complaining, cuz theres no complains about missiles with 40g on china tree or israel, but ofc theres complain when its russian tree, like i can agree with that wheres most stuff in russia are OP or P2W like this stupid premium on 10.0 br in ground, but lmao with that r73, just add aim-9m and r73, also r73 OP OP but F-14B very balanced yes yes murika suffers.
