This is the demo's version playthrough 2022 so before anyone asks - no this is not the current state of the game as we're very close now to early access. I swear that i remember that the demo was on 2022
they have release date for April, so dont tell me that it will be early access game and not an actual release date. Open alpha shouldnt be announced as release date. Im quite sad about it, because was looking forward for this game so much.
@@JabliickoCZ Slavic has stated since before the Demo release that his game is going to be in a EA state during release.

@@Mohtellawi I doubt Kings would be walking around their Kingdoms haha they'd most likely be protected in their palace and taken by cart to other castles without seeing much.
I just started watching and already loving the organic way of building. Not some stupid grid or honeycomb pattern. On my wish list already.

One little trick I use, is to put a logger, and a forester next to storage in the middle of town. Then I leave a little space between my buildings in town. The trees will be planted in those little spaces, and I always have wood right in my village. Saves space, convenient, and I think it looks nice to have trees around.

Manor lords is seriously a dream come true, I’ve been wanting a city builder like this my entire life, stoked to see it’s coming along nicely!
Look into banished. Very similar game, but slightly simpler in most regards. Mainly because ONE GUY made the entire game.
@@Zephoid- I've played Banished years ago, should probably go back to it. I just like that you can walk around and the whole village is yours, instead of being a 'god' in the sky controlling everything.
This is very much like Dawn of man, though that is set on stone age-iron age
Ostriv - this game is a literal copy paste of Ostriv just looking a bit better.
This game is going to consume all of my free time when it's finally released . It is just so beautiful and at times so tranquil

As someone from a small Slavic village, the temptation to rebuild it in this game exactly, is sooo strong!
lol I’m in America now, but I’m also tempted to recreate the Ukrainian village I was born in.
Game is inspired by 14th century Franconia (modern day Germany). So the architecture and the clothes are based off of that.

I always wish that in games like this you could select individual trees that you want to keep for decorative purposes to prevent them from being cut down or automatically being despawned when building a road or building. Maybe you could then give it a name if you want, so that when you build a street next it or a building, it wil be named after the tree. Maybe villagers can do special animations with it, like napping under the tree when their idle. Obviously it would be a bit useless gameplay wise, but would be great for worldbuilding.

In less than two months...we will finally get to play this masterpiece. I played the demo as well and I loved it. There are some stuff that I hope are changed but overall it was a pleasure to play.

God i cant say how much i am looking for beeing able to play it again. I am currently deep into Warzone but back when this game was available to play for the Beta week it was such a nice change. The atmosphere, the music, the nice little details. This game will be so amazing.

I cannot describe how excited I am for this game. I really hope the battles and end game live up to the hype. It looks so beautiful and all the UI is so well done. It has already passed my expectations just from this demo. The attention to detail really comes across. This team should be really proud

45:49 I love this series, but I would imagine historically there would have been more villages in the river valley than on the hilltop, but not exclusively of course. I would be interesting to see your next village grow around a winding river, more like in Ostriv, though I understand the defensibility of the hilltop village is significantly better.
I can already tell this game will be the new Anno 1800, especially for Nivarias 😆

So excited that this is almost here.
Two of my favorites in the past have been mount and blade series and Kingdom Come Deliverance for this time period. The more elements you account for without making the game overly complicated really does add to gameplay. So far it looks fantastic.
I also played the demo of this for like 4 months after the official demo period. Just launched it outside steam. Very very enjoyable but there were clearly some glass walls around the demo that made it hard to grow very far. Definitely gonna be my go to base builder/colony sim.
Would be a good feature with the granary's to be able to prioritize whats stored there, meaning one could be use to store flour and grains, whilst the other has the fresh food, could probably do the same with the general store too

This game is so Wonderfull, just looking at the graphics. You can stare like for hours at your village and it's breathtaking. Love it. Definitely will buy it at Early acces.

I really like how the clothes arent the typical hollywood shades of brown and grey.People have always liked nice looking clothes!
This has potential to be a "The dream game" Its like a combo of Age of empires/Stronghold/Total war, but you get all the little details that it misses out on like micro managing resources and roads etc.. This aspect looks awesome. I hope the combat it right there with it
This game is very detailed love it
The greenery that grows around farms often have very interesting wildlife growing there. It would be nice to have rabbits inhabit those areas for small amounts of meat.
QD-OLED at 4k with this game would be a dream!
The manor house does not have a window at the rear for defensive purpose, it would negate the point of the wooden palisade if an attacker could simply climb through a window.
Looks great, i hope it works with a larger city too...

God I can't wait to play the full version of this.
Only way I can think to make this game better at present is to introduce a "task manager" or a scheduling ledger.
If you have tasks queued up you should be able to click and drag to the top of a list if you want something done first, and of course multiple things can be worked on at once if you have resources + manpower available for it. Also, being able to customize how many people are specifically on each project helps, but this game probably has that.
Good example is civ/mil factories screen in HOI IV.
