You can check from any bank which can offer higher limit for such international transaction. For that you can also get help from any of your relatives / friend from anywhere in the world to make the payment.

Yes, such joint lease agreements, joint bank account statements, joint insurance documents and any other joint official statements can be used to prove the living-together De facto relationship for this purpose.
If you have got other payment evidence including Payslips and Bank Statement, then you can submit your tax return records only. If you are an onshore applicant, then superannuation document is important to submit too.

But, you might not be needing to get your home country's PCC renewed in case you haven't traveled since your last PCC's issuance date, and you will need to submit the renewed one only in case asked by the CO during visa application process.
If a Birth Certificate is a government issued official document, then it doesn't need to be certified separately. Just clear coloured scanned copy will do.
For evidence of family unit for de facto relationships, what documents do j furnish if my country doesn't allow any registration of relationship? Should this be the same as fe facto attachments?
Yes. You can provide as much of the joint financial statements as possible along with joint lease / rental agreement. Whatever document you can provide showing the proof of your live in relationship with your de facto partner, you should provide.

No, these are two different information. "Member of Family Unit, Evidence of" is all about your family composition and "Relationship - Spouse, De Facto Partner, Evidence of" is all about the proof of your actual relationship with your partner.

Then after that I'll lose 10 points instead I can claim 5 points if partner is having competent English. Now the thing is When should I ask my future partner to attempt the PTE test before marriage or after marriage and what is the effect ? Can I straight away claim 5 points as my partner will attempt the test after invitation. Please guide.
You can ask your partner to clear the PTE exam with Competent level scores even before marriage and after your marriage, you can update your EOI with Married status as well as update your Partner's English scores to secure those 5 points.

You can get your skills assessment done and then submit EOI for now with your current employment, and once your experience will cross 3 years, your EOI's employment points will automatically be added.

For Textile Engineers, you can explore the option of getting your skills assessed either on the basis of your work experience profile or you can get skills assessed as Engineering Professionals nec code from EA to pursue your EOI submission route. You will only be applying for a visa once you have received a invite from any state or federal.

No. You just need to provide your skills assessment outcome letter reference number for your nominated occupation in the EOI.
How to pay visa fee from Pakistan. as devaluation of currency it exceed from limits as per credit cards 1millon limit only.

Yes you can, if your partner's educational institute can provide a certificate of English medium of instructions of the Bachelors degree.

Its good to have. If you do not have Birth Certificate, you can submit your Secondary School Certificate as alternative to this document.
I have proficient english and to increase my points should I go for PTE test again or Naati first.
You should go for retaking the PTE exam to improve your points. It gives 10 additional points. Focus on NAATI after that.

It will be a challenge to prove the de facto relationship in the absence of any such evidence showing joint documents.
