Sir maine new SBI IOCL Global Debit card mangwaya. SBI IOCL Global VISA card ka International Transactions, PoS, Ecom service, etc., sab kuch *ON* kar diya, fir bhi INTERNATIONAL websites pe trasactions *NHI* kar pa rha hoon. PayPal se bhi foreign merchant ko payment *NHI* bhej pa rha hoon. Sabhi me card reject ho ja kha hai, everytime payments FAIL ho rha hai foreign websites pe. iska solution kya ho sakta hai?
customer support se baat kiya, bola ki mere savings account me koi issue nhi hai. sab kuch OK hai.
lagta hai card sirf *VISA Global* naaam ka hi hai
Bank jakar application do intentional transaction ka koi issue hoga
