The female is the great Emmylou Harris. She started in folk music in the 60s California scene and fell into Country music for most of her career. I was surprised to see her with Michael her in the 80s. Since it is live... they may have toured together. Michael's voice is still perfection live as on the studio recording....

michael is touring right now as part of the doovie brothers tour .. I saw them last september and am going again in October . If he's playing near you go see the show you will love it.
That was the legendary Chet Atkins on the acoustic guitar and I'm pretty sure Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits on electric. Never saw this recording before. Hall of Fame right there.

This is a small point but, in order to enhance the shared experience between the two of you, you should check that your headphones are on the same direction. Usually, the chord comes out of the left side headphone and there are usually "L" and "R" markings on them as well. Some instruments and/or vocals may only be heard in one ear so it's easier to talk about if you're both hearing things in the same ear. I enjoyed the reaction. Thanks.
