Just discovered your channel, I love the content. If you want to expand your chord patterns to alternate tunings, try a capo on fret 2, but fret only bottom 4 strings. It changes EADGBE to F#BEABE. You can use a shubb banjo 4-string or a regular capo but only fretting the bottom 4 strings. In this setup, whenever you fret the two high strings, it effectively functions as a full capo, but you can open the top two strings to get new chord variations that sound great very easily. Then if you feel adventurous, you can go to DADGAD or CGDGAD which can be quite nice. Cheers!
