Can i save this transition as a preset?
You can save it, certainly. But for more complicated transitions like these, the easy way is save the project with only the transition in it. That way you get all the layers and effects without having to create new layers and pulling the presets onto every layer each time.
You do this and whenever you need it for another project, you just bring up the transition project next to it and copy paste the effect into the project you're working on. I'd recommend saving your transition projects in a separate folder so they're easily accessible.
Some people put all their transitions on the timeline in one project file, but I prefer to keep them as separate files. Remember to name the transition project so that its easily identifiable.
