Interesting transition from the backyard to the seaside at around :30. It's seamless and well done. I'm surprised the Lionel train maintained an electric connection to keep moving underwater.

0:30 How many of you noticed that the yard doesn't actually go to the beach? If you look backwards as it passes through the fence tunnel, the residential area is gone once it reaches the beach
At 1:32, you can see that the chamber drainage sequence was not actually done in the sea; the entrance to the chamber is now black, so that sequence was probably done indoors.
You also see him leaning down in a blue shirt after every cut ;)
