  • Join me on a journey to the mountain rivers as I search for quartzite, a vital material for creating stone tools that have been used by ancient people for thousands of years. From arrowheads to spearheads, knives, and survival tools, I'll show you how to identify, extract, and craft quartzite into functional pieces of art.
But here's the astonishing part - the quartzite I find is identical to the rocks worked by ancient people thousands of years ago! Witness the connection between past and present as we explore the timeless craft of stone tool making.
In this video, we'll delve into the world of bushcraft, survival skills, and primitive technology, highlighting the significance of quartzite in the history of toolmaking. Get ready to uncover the secrets of our ancestors and discover the beauty of this ancient craft.

It makes me REALLY wonder what the other side looks like. Is what we see, only the "pretty half" of a flute attempt gone horribly wrong! We all have that one in our collection, it looks super great........on one side.
