  • Join me on a primitive skills adventure in the stunning wilderness! In this video, I'll show you how to craft an atlatl, a ancient hunting tool, from natural materials found in the wild. But that's not all - I'll also create a stone quartzite spearpoint from the same stone material used by ancient people in this very region.
Watch as I source the raw materials, shape the spearpoint, and assemble the atlatl dart . Then, I'll put it to the test in the deep wilderness, showcasing its power and accuracy.
This video is a tribute to the resourcefulness and ingenuity of our stone age ancestors, who thrived in harmony with nature. Let's keep their traditions alive and connect with the natural world in a meaningful way.

Nice...River cane or segmented hardwood would add some needed weight as opposed to bambo. Probably not a lot of bamboo in North America furing the ice age. Nice knapping though with what you chose to use from that environment.

I've been meaning to ask you but not sure how you would react. Would you care if i posted my eBay store in your comments so that maybe people could check it out. I also love to make Paleo things completely natural out of everything they did.

I tried to break quartz,...I couldn't,...But I did break it with a spark plug,....I tried Flint Ridge Flint,....I couldn't break it.
I think I might be a Obsidian guy.
I like his enthusiasm and scientific approach to recreate tools of the past.
Ah ha he used Tomato stakes from the dollar store or landscape stakes from Home Depot or Lowes.
I think I seen cow tendons/ sinew at Rural King as dog chews for $9.00 each one.
I guess I'm no dog lover I ain't paying $9.00 for a dog chew he can chew stick's.
This was OK,...but I prefer Archery.
The cave man Bow and Cross Bow.
