I so much enjoy your videos. It's like I am on a train again in Sweden. I am an American but have lived in Sweden, and I really miss it. A question: I understand that track changes are controlled by computer, correct? But does the train driver control the speed, or is that also done automatically? Tack!

Track changes are often controlled by humans via the computer but can be automated with the help of the computer.
The speed of the train is always controlled by the driver in Sweden but most trains have cruise control and if the ATC (security system) is active it will prevent the train from breaking the speedlimit.

@@SwedishRailcam I had the pleasure of riding the X2000 in the early '90s on this very route, Stockholm C to Göteborg C. I liked it more than the German ICE.
