"Climate change is very real, and we estimate that in a few decades the world will look entirely different from what we see today. A city like Chennai oscillates between flood and drought all the time and it is only going to get more aggressive. In a survey we conducted, most employees want to work in a green company. So, if the companies need talent, they should become green and sustainable. Academia and industry should come together and enlighten students and the workforce to take on this massive threat and make India start early on combating climate change.", says Mridula Ramesh, Founder, Sundaram Climate Institute at the ICT Academy Bridge'22 held at Chennai Trade Center.
