I would have thought with 1300+ horsepower, it would have been able to crack the sub 2 second 0-60 sprint. 2.7secs seems quite pedestrian by hypercar standards nowadays.
We've gotta stop using 0-60 so heavily as a performance metric. Cars are always misjudged based on 0-60's alone. Not an easy feat putting insane hp numbers to the ground in a rwd car.
For RWD cars, anything in excess of 500-600hp means the car will struggle for traction during launching. 500-600hp is like the sweet spot, in my opinion. More power is not everything.

They were the flagship of the range during their production run but their design briefs were not to push the performance envelope to the same extent of McLaren’s once every 10 years or so creation of a car that’s made to showcase how far technology has come since the last one…F1, P1 and now W1

Pretty wild how widely criticized the car is. The new Bugatti blew me away. The GMA T33 also caught my attention with its light engineering and elegance. P1 is the one I want. It’s still crazy fast even by modern hypercar standards and it’s like an alien spacecraft. Not exactly pretty but out of this world still. I think the F1 is slow by modern standards and I’m never going to take it out to drive being that it can cost up to $20MM lol
