Prepare for or advance your career in the automotive service and repair industry with a degree or certificate in automotive technology. Students can earn an associate of applied science degree or certificates of completion in specialty areas. The main purpose Automotive Lab, located on the Rockville Campus in the Homer S. Gudelsky Institute for Technical Education, contains multiple service bays and a wide variety of equipment. This large automotive lab is supplemented by smaller classrooms and labs.

I am going to join Montgomery college very soon have the knowledge of mechanical work have been doing alot of work on my own cara and friends car now i just need to be ASE certified mechanic

You should go. Or at least do their 101 intro program. I did the entire program and even worked in the tool room for a few semesters. Looks like they updated the shop since and a lot of the same professors are still there, which is a good thing because they’re all amazing. It’s pretty affordable too
