Oh your daughters laughter when Nuggets head was sticking out was so cute. Oh and her voice I bet you wish she would stay little forever. She is meant to be something great, and God sure has blessed you all! I can't wait to see it all come together, but oh your old place was divine as well.
Brooke and Mary Carl, you both were awesome today. So glad that Nugget is at the 40 with his family. Jason you really are so good with guiding nugget. You are all wonderful. Bless you all.
Jason walking Nugget back home was very heart warming. Your gentle guidance helped him along. I have to admit my heart was aching for the cog squad. Brooke and MaryCarl did their best of tracking him down. Hopefully Nugget will adjust to the new 40.
Yes, Nugget knows his human dad so he will follow and obeyed. I know it was hard for Brooke and Mary Carl, but they worked as hard to make it happen. So proud of all of you.
I've been enjoying your video for years, but now I have a COMPLAINT: have ya'll ever stopped to think you may have caused a major emu shortage, and by the time I find one I won't be able to afford to buy it?
I hope Nugget enjoys his new home. I was really touched to see how he walked right over to the geese as soon as he saw them, that seemed like good sign to me. :) Best of luck with moving the remaining animals, I'm sure it'll be a relief to have them all moved.
So glad Nugget is OK. He's just got to be exhausted and SOOOO glad his favorite peoples found him. Bet he slept like a baby after all that! And slept & SLEPT!! ❤❤
The girls did good videoing the night duck move! Awe Nugget was like "I'm out of here- there's been a bird bandit lol poor guy". Now you know you can take him for a hike maybe on a leash. Loved the ducks sporting their wings and partying in the pools was so cute!!!! Great video!
Good job girls!!! Ducks and geese seem to enjoy their morning bath/swaim. Glad Nugget had a safe trip 😀. Y'all are so gentle and patient with the animals. Jason I do believe Nugget loves you . Nugget has the sweetest little face.
Bless Nugget's heart. He's probably been traumatized by all the comotion with the move going on. I hope he adjusts to his new digs real soon. He's a pretty boy and I want to see him happy. He's so much fun to watch.
I don't know if we appreciate enough that in all this turmoil you still take time to document the moving for us on video. Thank you for doing that and having us as guests in your family doings.
I was over on Adler Farms After Hours, and someone said there’s a video that Nugget was gone. My heart💔was breaking, and tears started flowing. Thank God he wasn’t very far away.
Literally gasped when told Nugget ran off. We’ve anxiously waited for the day he was moved. Praying for a peaceful & successful settling in, once done. Thrilled for all of you. Happy days are on the horizon. We feel it! 🙏🏼💗
So glad Nugget is safely at the 40 with the Alarm System. He had me in a fright, can't imagine how Brooke and MaryCarl must have felt. Good job Jason getting him through the woods.
Had me scared there for a minute! I'm so happy to see Nugget in his new home. Hopefully he will adjust pretty quick and enjoy all that running room! The boys and ducks look so happy!
So glad Nugget is okay! I just have to give Brooke and MaryCarl kudos for getting the geese moved all on your own, not to mention keeping it together during Nugget's Big Adventure well enough to film this video! Y'all never cease to amaze me ❤️
I love how calm, reassuring and quiet y'all were while loading Nugget in the trailer. Bless his heart... he is so good natured. I'm sure that was a rough day for all of you, but what a great ending!
Poor Nugget! Those neighbors were real nice trying to keep him for you. You both have such calming voices. Nugget was so scared. Jason seemed to calm him alot. When he started cleaning the boots it seemed he was happy again.
The successes of last week moving the farm family will be forever be remembered by everyone including the animals. Nugget and Peaches will settle in and hopefully calm down the tempo so you all can move on with the build of your homes. Your love is HUGE! Thanks for the video.
Oh HALLELUJAH! So glad you found Nugget and were able to take him to his new home. Y'all said before that if even one thing was different in his environment he got anxious. All I can say is HALLELUJAH!!
I’m so happy that y’all found Nugget. Good job on moving your animals. I was panicking you said Nugget ran away. Nugget has the best home that he can ever have with y’all.
That was quite the adventure! I love Mary Carl’s laugh when Nugget had his head out the window. I’m glad you were able to video all that for us, Thank you!
My sweet Nugget. I’m watching this video again. The neighbors were so nice to let Nugget stay until you could return to get him. He’s such a sweetheart. We all simply love and adore him. Thank you all for sharing your journey with us. I hope he settles in good at his new home. Likewise, I hope all of the animals get settled in and remains happy and completely safe. I look forward to seeing your new adventures on the 40!
This is the 3rd time I've watched this video. I'm sure I'll watch it a couple more times. We love your family, but your relationship with your animals is more precious than gold. When the day gets just too much of everything I can got to Cog Hill and the visual beauty with animal behaviors fills my senses with happiness and calm.
You know I did not see that coming, Nuggy running off! He is just too observant for his own good. He has learned duck speak and heard them complain about the capture and getting put in that horse trailer, it freaked him the heck out! I was holding my breath. So glad he is safely home.
So Nugget felt like something was up and just had to go on his on adventure before going to the new 40. He knew something was going to change but had no idea what. I love how you stayed calm as possible with the change of plans, putting Nugget first. Huge kudos to those Good Neighbors helping as much as they could. Nugget is home with his flock of friends now. As time goes by and things settle down he will be even happier.
Nugget knew something was different and he didn't like it. The reason and I believe this with all my heart that it is the trust he has in you and Brooke and Mary Carl. You have so much respect for your animals and they know it ESPECIALLY NUGGET. The relationship is the reason you found him and and you had such a relatively easy time of getting him home and to the 40. You are the best animal parents and I enjoy watching you as a family and interacting with the animals. GREAT JOB.
Poor nugget he seems so confused ….bless his heart he’ll be fine once he sees all his friends…… hope Nugget is adjusting …..he seem to relax a bit when he saw his buddies ❤️❤️🥰……been waiting patiently to start seeing your videos again
Such a relief to know y’all got the Sheriff to his new precinct! I’m sure he had anxiety when his friends started to disappear since he had no way of knowing where they had gone. Maybe he was trying to find them and bring them home 😊 Looked like a hard day with a happy ending ❤️
Nugget with his head out the trailer was hilarious. I’m so glad you found him and got him to the 40. I hope all of your animals adapt to their new home without any stress issues.
I didn’t want this video to end. Oh Nugget was scared but you handled him so lovingly. Now he’s with his friends he will start to settle. You all did a terrific job well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗🤗🤗😘😘♥️🍁🍁🍁😘🙏
Nugget needs to be trained to a harness. My heart dropped to my stomach when I saw the caption. U am so relieved the he when into the transport. I pray that everyone stays at the 40. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
Hopefully Nugget will adjust to the new 40. Thank you for doing that and having us as guests in your family doings. Nugget is bonded with Jason. So glad he’s safe,
awe you can see the relief in nuggos face at the end - he was gonna be with his family even if he had to walk hisself there 💜💜💜💜💜 thank goodness for good neighbors 💜💜💜
Think you need to add at least 3 ft to the fence height, quickly!...nugget has very strong legs...and while he has some friends around him this doesn't look, feel or smell like home!
Just get enough metal fence posts to fasten one to each one that' s already there...(use those quick tight electiral ties) and just fasten them so several feet taller...fence just get heavy chicken wire in rolls, enough to go all the way around the existing fence...we used the ties on fencing also, bottom and top. Had a dog who could really jump, but that fixed it, she never got out again.
Nugget just wanted to check out the area around the house and neighbors inorder to make sure it's safe for the future owners. He also said the neighbors are still very nice and helpful. I'm just glad you guys found him and brought him to his new home safely. Nugget seemed more at peace once he saw all of his friends at the new farm.
Glad Nugget has arrived safely to join the alarm system pool party. Giving Jason's boots a spit shine is important to make him feel at home. Well done Cog Squad Family!
How to train your emu: stay calm, take a long hike with him through the swamp, relax and rehydrate in chill pool, and finally, be sure to wear his favorite boots that need to be inspected. Change is scary! Words of encouragement: you got this!
What an adventure! Whew! But at the end, it looked like Nugget was smiling. He just got spooked with all the major changes going on around him. But it really set in when his buddies, the geese, we starting to disappear. Then hearing their confused "honking" from inside the trailer must have been the freaking out point for the poor fella. We LOVE Nugget & so releaved he is to his new home, together again w his geese!!! ❤ WHEW!!🙄
Oh was so worried about Nugget. I hope he stays in his new pen with the ducks and geese. I know he was thinking something is up and I dont like it. Where is everyone going? Bless him. He is such a sweet bird.
What a day you all had, not only physical but also emotionally! So glad Nugget was found, caught, found a second time, led home, loaded at home, and unloaded at the 40. Whew, makes me tired just writing what all of you went through. I imagine the day was exceptionally hard on Mary Carl. I know she was happy that you spent the night and was able to keep an eye on Nugget.
Goodness my heart sank at the beginning and so thankful Nugget is home at the 40 Poor boy - maybe confused or worried or who knows. Bravo to Brooke and Mary Carl for getting all those geese and ducks moved! Sending hugs to y'all!!!
They did handle it good! I'd of been an emotional mess. After all said and done I'd of just sat down under that rain shelter and bawled like a baby in relief to have that precious nuggo home safe and sound.
He was just scared and nervous is all he felt something was going on but didn’t know what . So it was a good thing you all decided to move nugget when did. But I so do wish you all the best of luck and blessings with it all. Nugget is going to happy ,happy Emu for sure.
Bless his sweet heart! Change is hard for us and we know what's going on. Just imagine if your world was changing and you couldn't understand why. Sweet sweet Nugget! Y'all did good though 😍
My heart skipped a beat until you all found him. Poor Nugget was worried about it all. So glad it all ended well and he is now at the 40. :) You all are super looking after him like you do. Glad the geese and ducks are there too and the boys. :)
Poor Nugget he was way up on your stress scale. Someone mentioned how he seemed to smile seeing all his bird friends he could probably hear and smell his buck buddies. You all handled it great as usual even with stress and worry. The three of you are so in tune with each other quite an inspiration .
My heart broke seeing Nugget gone, I love seeing him love on Mary Carl when he returned ❤️ Great job Cog Squad its coming together God Bless You all on your new journey we love you all !!
I'm worried about how they are going to get Scott over there? and to STAY there! At least with Peaches, if she ran away, she couldn't GET very far, LOL!
So happy Nugget was found and thanks to the neighbor that took the time to detain him till they notify you all. Everyone seems so happy even the goats doing their happy dance. 💖💖
Thank goodness he’s more than ok! Cheeky Nuggo! Phew 😅 I adore watching all your animals arriving at the 40, you can see the suspense, surprise AND their happy dances - really heartwarming 🕊
I just love all of you. I started watching you back in 2019. However last year, I lost my husband unexpectedly while in Florida on vacation, it was a tough year and it was hard to find joy in anything. Thankfully I am coming out of that depression, and back to enjoying your awesome videos!! Hugs and love Paula in Kansas
whew !!!! I'm exhausted - hahaha. What an eventful day - thankful all is well - and a big shout of thanks to the neighbors for watching over Nugget ...
I think nugget needs his own cement pond on the new forty. So glad he is ok. That Mary Karl has grown up to be a great young lady and does so much on the farm. God Bless you all.
Good, Nugget seemed happy to be back with his known people, cooperated well walking back, and seemed happy back in familiar area and especially soaking in his pool. Yes probably helped, that he was nice and tired, getting him loaded.😊❤❤👍👍
Nugget did have an adventurous day! Mercy!!!!! I am so thankful that you were able to locate him and bring him home. I'm so sorry that this happened. Thankful that all worked out & Nugs is home at the 40 now!
Oh my…I had a premonition last week that Nugget got out. Thank goodness he did not go far and your neighbors called and helped. Poor Nugget, he was so scared that his family disappeared. He probably went to try to find them. Glad all is well. Cog Squad Teamwork!!!
Praying that Nugget and all of the babies adapt to their new homes. Love seeing the geese having that party you created and that Nugget is joining them. I was almost in tears when you were leading him home and then he heard a familiar sound; Tommy. sigh... btw this is blowing up in Chad's LIVE. lol Love how he shows his love to you and Mary Carl. God bless you all in your endeavors. The ending really had me tearing up good, COG SQUAD!!
Oh your daughters laughter when Nuggets head was sticking out was so cute. Oh and her voice I bet you wish she would stay little forever. She is meant to be something great, and God sure has blessed you all! I can't wait to see it all come together, but oh your old place was divine as well.
This is exactly why it’s important to have a good and loving relationship with your animals.
Brooke and Mary Carl, you both were awesome today. So glad that Nugget is at the 40 with his family. Jason you really are so good with guiding nugget. You are all wonderful. Bless you all.
Animals know when things are changing. Nugget has always seemed very aware if his environment. A sensitive Emu he is 🥰
Yes... my thoughts exactly! He's sensitive and a sweetheart!
Jason walking Nugget back home was very heart warming. Your gentle guidance helped him along. I have to admit my heart was aching for the cog squad. Brooke and MaryCarl did their best of tracking him down. Hopefully Nugget will adjust to the new 40.
Jason talking Nugget home was so loving.
Yes, Nugget knows his human dad so he will follow and obeyed. I know it was hard for Brooke and Mary Carl, but they worked as hard to make it happen. So proud of all of you.
Jason did an unusual job,,so tender from a farmer mouth ,,you all are lessons of the hands and feet of our Creator God...
I've been enjoying your video for years, but now I have a COMPLAINT: have ya'll ever stopped to think you may have caused a major emu shortage, and by the time I find one I won't be able to afford to buy it?
@@pamelafelddergrant Your complaining about them causing a shortage yet, you want to buy one, if you can find one. LOL
I can’t imagine what the neighbors thought when they saw Nugget in their yard? Glad he is okay and safe at home!
You could almost sense Nuggets relief when he stepped out of the trailer and saw some of his buddies.
So thankful Nugget is safe and sound! What an adventure he went on poor baby. Glad he is back with the family❤️

I agree, nice comment!
How to train your emu: stay calm, take a long hike with him through the swamp, relax and rehydrate in chill pool, and finally, be sure to wear his favorite boots that need to be inspected. Change is scary! Words of encouragement: you got this!

So glad Nugget is ok. God Bless all of you and your animals .💗🙏
I'm so happy you were able to locate Nugget, get him back home, and when he least expected it loaded in the trailer. You could tell he was stressing.
What an adventure! Whew! But at the end, it looked like Nugget was smiling. He just got spooked with all the major changes going on around him. However last year, I lost my husband unexpectedly while in Florida on vacation, it was a tough year and it was hard to find joy in anything. Thankfully I am coming out of that depression, and back to enjoying your awesome videos!! Hugs and love

That nugget is one intelligent bird, I'm more amazed every time I see him. I'm so glad you guys got him back. Peace and blessings.
Jason, you handled him so well on your hike ❤️🥰❤️
Oh lordy, my heart was in my mouth. Found that whole experience frightening. Well done Brooke, Jason and Marycarl
10:45 I love the way Jason is encouraging Nugget & Nugget is responding! Sweet❤️
i think nugget got nervous seeing the goats gone then the geese was being caught. so glad he is safe and sound.
Nugget sure had a big adventure. It's hard to tell how big the geese are until you see MaryCarl holding one!
I’m so happy that you’re all moved and seeing you move the birds was fun. The 40 is going to be a great place for you all.
Home is where the heart is...Nugget is with his heart family again...Loving all you share from North Idaho 💚🌻🌿
