I enjoyed the video so much I ended up getting a 4Runner. I watched it again and I’m getting ready to take my Shibas to Willow Beach, AZ for some canoeing and camping in a few weeks. Keep up the good work!

Morning grumbles from your pup is always funny. Bella vocalizes when I'm not moving fast enough for her! Um ma'am you don't have a job lol!!! 94 miles for coffee on a Sunday....ouch!!!! I guess they don't think we need coffee on Sundays!!!! Idea for gear and such you're wanting, Amazon wish list or even dedicated mailbox for your content creator business so people can send you cool stuff. When you fussed about the window covers, my first thought was "aww I'd like to gift her some weather techs (I love mine)" but you don't have an option for that type of stuff. A lot of content creators get stuff from their followers. Maybe even create a Patreon?

Cute pup! I don't even know how I came across your channel! I guess it must be the fourrunner, ha ha. You are so lucky to be able to be free in life. I wish to someday get to that point myself. I currently camp in the back of my Tacoma when the opportunity presents itself.

Even I admit that I wouldn't want to live in my 4Runner too long. Sounds like a new rig is in the plan and it's weird but I'm kind of excited to see it. 😄
I believe I heard you mention that, looking back now.. you would not have gone with the drawer system? Gotta say 😅.. every time I hear the sound of the drawer slide I get happy 😆!?

I don't like a truck camper is a good solution due to safety. If you need to leave in a hurry you can't get to the driver's seat without putting yourself in jeopardy. Also, you can not see who's at your door before opening it. Did you think about how hot Zora will get? Most truck campers are not cooled.
You can get pass through doors to climb into the cab of the truck and not need to get out of the rig. And, many have A/C units.

I always eat my salads out of a mixing bowl. There really is just no other good way to eat a salad.
They taste better out of a mixing bowl and it’s so much easier to get everything incorporated.

I live in my van full time. I'm actually from upstate NY but now in Arizona. I've been out here for about 4 months. I have a question, is it as hard to stealth camp or camp really at all on the East Coast as I've heard it is? I would Love your feedback!👍
They are catching on to vans in most of the east coast big cities... (i.e. keeping close watch on/not letting vans park in certain areas if they have solar, a/c unit, anything on top of the van). In small towns, be respectful and they won't bug you. If you are truly a stealthy van, I don't think it would be too hard to find parking. I haven't had an issue, but I blend in with every other 4Runner on the road. West is definitely easier, but the East is not impossible. Hope that helps some and enjoy Arizona!
How do you like those Hokas? I wish I had bought a 4Runner instead of a RAV4 a couple of years ago, as I haven't had much luck finding one now except for used ones that the dealerships want as much as a brand new one. The dealerships in southern Florida are con artists, you really have to be careful of their add-ons. But I guess that is everywhere... Hopefully I can find one before my summer trip up north.
I like the Bondi 7 more than these (the Bondi 8). I think the Bondi 8s flared my plantar fasciitis initially, so I had to rotate them with another shoe. I mostly use them for everyday walking now and haven’t had any issues. I LOVE the Mach series Hokas. I just got the Mach 5 and I like them as much as I liked the 4s. They are light and responsive.
The 4Runners are so hard to come by! I got lucky that I picked my up just in time. The gas mileage on the Rav is so much better though 😅

Thank you! Usually the app iOverlander, but I also do a fair amount of spot scoping by just driving around.

Other than the gym, is there a hobby u miss because of the road life? Or can still do, but difficult to find time.
I miss showing horses. I definitely could continue to do that, but I wouldn’t be able to be very involved with them (I.e couldn’t train with them on a regular basis or attend lessons with my trainer).

This was a 45L. I just upgraded to a 75L dual zone and it has been the best decision.

A pretty cool stealth van set up is Ryan Towney's(sp)channel. He was in FL just recently making his way to Alaska. Although your rig is even better stealth.
