I know Dusty was livid, but I have to also believe what he did was calculated. He engaged the umpiring crew for a long period of time and then, after he had been tossed already, forced them to come back to the dugout where he engaged them again. And during all that time, Leclerq was sitting in the rangers dugout getting cold when he'd normally be back out there (most likely) pitching while still in a groove. Huge credit to the sly dog, Dusty.

Big mistake to go with Valdez for game 6. Valdez is a head case, not stable when he gets in a pinch. Brown/JP would be a better pick. Javier would be my pick for game 7, if needed.

This is game 5 of the ALCS, and your team is down 2 runs to one of the best teams in baseball, and you need to win. You can't tell me in that situation that anyone on any MLB team is dumb enough to spot the opposing team another base runner with nobody out. No way.

I have lost all respect for Dusty. I thought he had more class than that. It was beyond obvious that Abreu threw intentionally at Garcia after he hit that homerun. For whatever reason the people in the Houston organization seem to think that they can do whatever they want because rules are for everybody else but not for them.
