- We finally got around to watching Urgot! He's an insanely cool character that has a possibility of appearing in future Arcane seasons in my opinion. Let me know your thoughts on the reaction as well as who I should react to next!

Fun fact: In Urgot's theme, you can hear the chanting "Stom Ur Got" which roughly translates to "Son of God". The tattoos being burned into his skin represents each of the chembarons he kills, which is why he has so many.
This is mainly because his cult of followers kind of see him as their savior of some sort.

Camille's family, the Ferros Clan, was already mentioned in Arcane; she would be a really good fit for season 2, for sure.
Swain made sure that Urgot is sent away to Zaun because Urgots loyalties were not very clear, so Swain didnt know if he would support him or Boram Darkwill, and besides, Urgot was always a bit mentally unstable to say the least, so he was a major liability to Swains plot. He simply had to be sent away in order for the coup to go smoothly, Swain doesnt really have a personal grudge with Urgot or anything, or rather it is so in Swains eyes, but Urgot very clearly took that personally lol
Did Urgot already have the crab legs when he was sent to Zaun? I remember something about Garen being the one who cut Urgot in two. I imagine this was when Urgot was still in Noxus, so if we see him in Arcane arriving at zaun, will we see him as a normal noxian soldier or with spiderlegs?
@@greenin5537 i am fairly sure that is not true, but my Garen lore knowledge is non existent, afaik all the body modifications (or at least the main ones) that Urgot got were done in Zaun also i dont think we really got much lore about what Urgot was up to while he was in Noxus - just that he was an executioner/headsman, also im not even sure that Noxus has access to chemtech or general high tech body modifications like that so thats what im basing my answer on. You know ,the nation that despises weakness and sees cripples as undesireables wouldnt really have body modification tech cos that goes against their beliefs. should have been strong enough not to lose those limbs in the first place L nerd. So just an above average built different Urgot is what im expecting if he makes an appearance in Arcane S2, but afaik we dont even know if arcane S2 will be in Piltover/Zaun, i sure hope they branch out, its one of the most boring places in the lore imho, which is not to say that its boring, but other places they wrote are so much more unique and interesting, but i am biased af ofc :)
@@FallenGranny I just checked, I think that was old Urgot's lore. So we may see him arrive as a normal soldier/human to Piltover/Zaun if he is in season 2. Wait, what if he is Ambessa's guard?
Also they said season 2 is still about the same plot in Piltover, and they said future season beyond season 2 are going to move from Piltover/Zaun

In case you read this, the four legged creature that shows up around the 9 minute mark was the original version of Urgot that the current Urgot's lore and abilities were adapted from. He went through something called a Visual Gameplay Update (or VGU), but this is an anomaly, because usually, Riot outright refuses to acknowledge the mere former existence of VGU champions' previous iterations which is incredibly harmful, considering many of them (Yorick, Galio, and Aatrox being the best examples) are even more drastically different to their previous iterations than Urgot was.
Effectively, Yorick, Galio, and Aatrox were all removed and replaced with different champions, and no one has even the slightest clue. As someone who mained Urgot (and Yorick and Galio...), I commend them for showing the old version of Urgot in the new one's champion spotlight, even if he may have only existed to get blown up, as well as keeping the new one relatively faithful to the old. Only reason I clicked on this video was because I'm still very happy about the fact that Urgot wasn't effectively deleted from existence, and I love to know what other people think about him. He's an awesome champion, and still one of my favorites.

well.. kat's father is not Boram Darkwill.. her father is Marcus Du Coteau. also Cassiopeia's father and teacher of Talon. he's a master assasin and a noxus General, we dont know what did Swain do to him yet. but he's still missing. someone said he could be the faceless one in Trifarix council atm.
keep in mind that these quotes are from Urgot himself, who has very little knowledge of what is happening in Noxus, since he has spent all his time in prisons and Zaun ever since Swain took over, so its much more likely that Urgot is just commenting on rumors that he heard rather than him actually knowing that Swain killed Katarinas father. I would be much more inclined to believe Swains version of events, as he doesnt care about what others think of him, and readily admits his own wrongdoings, so when Swain says to Katarina "Do they know who really murdered your father, or do they still blame me?" i would take that as the closest version to the real events as possible, meaning that Swain did not kill Katas father, but he knows who did it, combined with the fact that Kata works for Swain now implies that he might not have even betrayed him really, and that it was all a set up of some sort. But he is almost certainly dead and not the faceless one, altho i suppose its theoretically possible, but very unlikely.
Fun fact: all the battle cast skins (like battle cast urgot) were made by Creator Viktor which is another skin
Sylas is another cool champ although instead of Zaun and piltover he reains from demacia and is a mage who has been imprisoned most of his life. He seeks a revolution for the mages and is attempting to overthrow the kingdom. he has lots of interactions with mages and demacians.
Oh and sylas is gettinga new game soon by riot forge called The Mageseeker.

Driven by paranoia, the Plague Rat sneaks undetected as he accumulates garbage for his collection, declaring himself king and connoisseur of the Sump and sewage and he plots the downfall of humanity.
If it comes to twitch There is no real story to him. It's kinda mistery.
But theory goes that he is a rat that Singed experimented in Arcane. You know that one that killed that cat. This mainly goes he has purple eyes like Jinx after her shimmer injection.
But as now he is just mutaded rat.
Perhaps you should react to Darius and maybe read the short story The Principles Of Strength (its super good imho and gives a lot of lore to the whole Trifarix council) to round up the current Noxus leadership and how the nation works, but Darius is a fairly one dimensional character so i dont know if it would make for a good video, your choice, good video tho
You used the wrong article of the wiki, the first tab that you have open is the right one for lore (the one that says "Character" between parenthesis), the one you used is just ingame stats and that stuff. Hope you read this for the next champ
Chemtech in Arcane is mostly using shimmer, that's why everything after the timeskip has the purple color. If you see carefully before that, in episode 2 when Powder fixes the arcade, and also when she comes back later as Jinx, it still has the old chemtech technology prior to shimmer. Although you can still see green chemtech, like in the chembarons breathers. At least for now, since Renata is the one that brought a whole new and improved version of breathers along with other many chemtech stuff.
In league lore, shimmer was rarely mentioned a few times, so all chemtech before arcane in lore was green. Renata was supposed to come after arcane but they had to delay arcane one year in the pandemic. So when she came out she was the first champion with purple chemtech. (Mundo has also purple stuff but Idk if that is shimmer). Also some mentions of shimmer in league's lore seem to be referring to a drink, not a drug (like shimmerwine in Urgot's story).
We know that the first iterations of shimmer turned people in uncontrollable hulks of shimmer. Then after the time skip we see people using it as a normal drug (A person in the last drop in ep 4 even is inhaling purple stuff through a mask), demonstrating that it got refined into various variants. I assume the people from the bottom of the slumps we see in ep 6 got addicted to the first iterations of shimmer that turned them into monsters, as huck said "I wanted to feel what was it like to make other people afraid". The variation that Sevika uses with his augmented body implant seems to be a more combat oriented variant, although more controlled that the one Deckard used. Then the healing oriented variant that Silco uses for his eye and the one that Caitlyn gives to Vi. And the variant that Singed gives to Viktor.
The tatoo he is getting on his theme music video, looks similar to the noxian crest, but it may be a symbol of the kind of cult he created in the mines, inspired by the noxian crest.
That ugly ass version of Urgot at the end of his champion spotlight was him before the rework.
Urgot mines he was in might have been the same mines Silco mentions in the chem baron meeting.
Baron Voss is actualy a chem-baroness. In Arcane we are only shown like 4 chem barons and Finn. Idk if they are planning to add the rest as the story goes on, or maybe they just were absent to that meeting.
The wardens are like a specialized unit of enforcers.
The warriors cinematic is canon. All season cinematics are canon except for a twist of fate and a new dawn, those were just fight porn cinematics to showcase cool characters fighting.
If we see him in season 2 we would probably see him arrive as a normal noxian soldier at piltover/zaun, since apparently Swain is only starting to move from what we learn from Mel's mom. They confirmed multiple seasons but unfortunately also said that they were moving away from piltover in season 3. But maybe we will come back in some future stories like Ezreal, Jhin, Graves, etc.
