Sweet good job Pat.
Hello bro. Im so profoundly thankful for this videos. I have been struggling to differentiate between a DNS and DC.
Pat its good to see you giving these videos sir. Thank you for everything.
My pleasure
Hi, Pat.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Just a suggestion, since your computer has the horsepower, in the future maybe produce a content that shows AD on different location or timezone traversing through routers (using GNS3 or Eve-NG). May somehow simulate an actual environment.
Thank you so much again for sharing your knowledge
Great suggestion! Everything for windows i like to use vmware workstation. I dont like using GNS3 or EVE, I use that more for networking topics. VMware workstation you can simulate a real network with ip addressing and all. and you are welcome anytime.
Great content Thank you. I believe your put DNS of DC2 in your read-only domain is wrong.
Ok, thanks
The Directory Services Restore Mode pass is the same in all 3 DC's or it could be different as well?
PS Since they share the same I believe its the initial pass saved during the creation of the DC01
Thanks man
You're welcome!
Hi, and what about the remote ... ? hahah xP
Thank you for your video ;)
You’re welcome 😉. I hope you enjoyed. I’ll be doing a windows server 2022 playlist soon.
The 3 IP for DCs , are they out of the DHCP range of your router? During the setup, did they manege to get to the internet?
Hello thank you for your video series, I need your help I work for a company that has a physical server that runs (WS 2012 r2) and they just acquired another server which is (WS 2019). I am tasked to replicate/integrate this serves to communicate and share data. How do achieve this is it like your two previous videos create the ADS and add the appropriate IP's. please help
Have you thought of adding your page to other creators who are trying to get the message out? especially for the new breed of IT helpdesk, Desktop Support? because you should have WAY more views than this.
Yeah I would love to spread the word for others to learn. Yeah if you want to share the videos and my UA-cam that would be great, thanks for the support.
Hi, when i try to join the RODC to the forest i keep getting a message saying the server is not operational :/ but everything seems to be ok, Help!
I’m not sure what’s going on did you try to make sure DNS is working correctly. Also check and make sure data is communicating with server.
@@InfoSecPat Thank you Pat, for some silly reason i was typing / instead of backslash. Thank you for your hard work!
