- Episode 2 - After 'meeting' our brand new Lagoon 42 catamaran for the first time we prepare the boat to sail her back to the Netherlands. In this episode we set off on our maiden voyage from Les Sable d'Olonne in France, through the Bay of Biscay, towards Brest. We have a proper start getting chased by a storm with more than 40 knots of wind during the night.

Hi Jack, yes indeed we had a skipper on board to sail the boat back to the Netherlands. It was our first time sailing a catamaran, so the skipper was very helpful for us! 👍 Thanks for watching!

Hi Richard, thank you so much! 😊 The boat is super easy to handle with just the two of us. We are currently in the Med and sailed her all the way from the Netherlands there together. No problem at all!

Did you dodge a storm before? 💨 The storm was pretty intense and at night, so we didn't film anything of it. Sorry about that, will work on that for future videos ;)
