hi oli! i’m so proud of you taking charge of ur mental health. medication was so scary for me to start but it really has changed my life
I've been on antidepressants for anxiety and depression (zoloft/sertraline) for about 7 1/2 years, and I remember the initial side effects. It will pass, and slowly but surely, you will start to feel like you again ❤️ we take meds for other health issues, and the brain/mental health should be treated no differently! It takes so much just to start the process of getting help and treatment, so I am proud of you for doing the work. Don't be afraid to ask for a different dose or a different kind if it doesn't go well with your unique body! Healthcare should be working for YOU, babe! 😘
