I'm now 46 years young and developing heal & ankle pain and started using nebulizer for my RLD, restrictive lungs disease. I now don't socialize anymore due to pandemic. I had covid twice, but recovered from it thanks goodness. Now i just stay home and watch movies and day trade futures market..
Thanks for sharing. I got to do pretty much anything as a kid. Climb fences, climbed the roof, climb trees, play on anything at parks, run (those days are done), and play: tag, one man's chase, and sports. I went cross country skiing (but I didn't feel comfortable with alpine), I skated (but gave it up when I realized I wasn't getting any better). Eventually, I became more fearful in my thirties as I was falling down and hurting myself more. I don't do much that would be considered risky now. My flexibility isn't what it used to be (I guess if you don't use it; you lose it). My advice is if you can walk, or run, or exercise, then don't stop. It isn't easy as you age because pain increases (sorry).
