Roman (Matthias Schoenaerts), a convict in a rural Nevada prison who struggles to escape his violent past, is required to participate in an “outdoor maintenance” program as part of his state-mandated social rehabilitation. Spotted by a no-nonsense veteran trainer (Bruce Dern) and helped by an outgoing fellow inmate and trick rider (Jason Mitchell), Roman is accepted into the selective wild horse training section of the program, where he finds his own humanity in gentling an especially unbreakable mustang. - Розваги
Matthias excels in all the arts. He plays the piano, paints, speaks at least 6 languages and is a wonderful actor.
Matthias seems changed a little, definitely more calm, had a smile almost the whole time and, if at all possible, looks even more incredibly handsome! And since today is his birthday, I'd like to wish him the best of luck, now and always! Congratulations on all the well deserved success of The Mustang! My friends at the FB Group "Ladies and Gents Who Love Matthias Schoenaerts" admire him immensely.

Matthias may have met his father when he was 8 yrs old, but I must add that his mother was a beauty and one can tell was such a loving mother, it may account for how stable and kind Matthias is as a man. His nature is fun loving and is very engaging. Anyone one who has been in his presence can only speak of him with love and respect.
Matthis is an actor from my country, flemish, he is belgian, he is amazing, always kind and what an actor♥. this is one of the rare channels where the hosts are always polite & let people respond ! ♥
Thank God Matthias has come along. On a global scale, he is magnificent looking. WE would be lost if he didn't set fire to our movie screen.

Matthias also has a senuous nature that speaks volumes to anyone who has seen him or knows him. People that sees him adores him. He is so kind and thoughtful and generous to his fans and co-workers coupled with extreme humbleness. He is a blessed man..
Matthias was a wonderful son, showing the love of his parents. His artwork is magnificent. He plays it down, but everything he tries , he does so well.

Now available on demand. It is an interesting program to help prisoners restore themselves. Have seen dogs, cats used as well so not new to these programs. The movie is somewhat predictable once he gives himself over to repairing himself and begging the horse to like him. Which it does. Nice horse. Was surprised by the ending, not quite what I expected. Schoenaerts gives another great performance.
Matthias is one of the worlds best actors. It's so nice to search for his movies. I hope he moves on to Hollywood and makes an adult man/woman movie that displays how he would be in life in the US. He's like a George Clooney. Some day the woman of his dreams will come along. I wish it for him. I've found it 3 times in my life.
He is in my top 3 favorite actors list. He is fore sure one of the best of his generation and never was he bad in the movies i have seen. Rust and bone made me discover him. He also does films in french (and probably flemish) that doesn't go beyond Europe as much as they deserve.
His real home is Belgium.
Lives here around the corner. Very pure person.

I'm sorry to dissapoint you but he made it very clear in past interviews that he has no intention of moving to the U. S. He loves living in Antwerp. And why should he live in the U. S. ? He gets many/ enough acting possibilities without making the move. He doesn't want fame. He seeks interesting story's to tell be it in Flemish, French or English he doesn't care. You have to admire that and not wish he comes to live in Hollywood.
Haven't seen this movie yet..heard about Robert Redford is producing it so now I really want to see it..❤
I absolutely love Matthias Schoenaerts been a fan since 2007. Matthias had a minor role in Black Book a Dutch film which I highly recommend!! Now playing it's Hidden Life directed by Terrence Malick can't wait to see this new historical movie!
Stacey looks like Robyn Wright a lot! And whew, let's hope Laura makes another great film. So talented.
