VW rear Bench seat removal (vw isofix)

this is how to remove the rear bench on a new vw. The car being used is a 6th generation polo

By the way this is the same on my seat leon fr 2016. Used it to install the seats and remove the old ones

Another trick is to simply disengage the isofix and then slide an electrical wire around it and pull it off.. It worked for me with two of them that were particularly tricky to remove.

Very helpful video thanks so much my rear bench is very wet had a leak in the car window it's fixed now but the bench is still very wet so it need too come out entirely and dry up if don't do that the windows will keep fogging up very annoying 😥

After removing the rear bench, were you able to fold the backrest sections completely flat? Or something else is still holding them on an angle?

Thanks but I don't think all polo 6s are the same. Mine has the 4 isofix clips same but the clips under the bench are way stronger . You can't just unclips them.
