I just ordered a Macon gts but never test drove, is it loud and fast in real life because I'm thinking of cancelling my order and getting a turbo

Well if the exhoust button will be availabe in yours than the sound is loud enough and i would say quick enough. There is not big dif between the gts and turbo. 40hp and 0.2 sec on 0-60 .

100 Cars do you prefer the turbo because where I live after specs the gts and the turbo with my specs are the same price

Yes, if the price is the same i do prefer the turbo edition. 3.6 turbo with higher cr than 3.0 gts .
