What was that bluish debuff affecting creeps? That's an ability ir a comestic thing?
It is a bug(?) with the faceless void arcana. It's the effect for his slowing projectiles aura innate, except with the arcana the VFX becomes global

To be fair, their AM had a very bad game, and Purge was free farming.
medusa is my #1 hero and played her yesterday, i didnt have as good of a game, and their carry had diffusal. All it took was one pudge hook from low-ground and my team didnt really come to help. guess its a low rank issue, but she can die pretty quickly when countered properly.
Sniper diffusal is a very sad dusa
why would anyone get an ult that is countered by Boots of Bearing? Timezone is so trash
