Sausage Bread Rolls recipe. These Sausage Breads are super soft and fluffy, go well with breakfast as well as dinner.
Ingredients: 6 rolls
20g lukewarm water
5g instant yeast
300g bread flour
10g dry milk
50g sugar
140g milk(room temperature)
an egg (use half for the dough, half for the coating)
2g lemon juice
20g unsalted butter
some milk for coating
parsley
hot dog or sausage
