Hand at 11:00 your flop strategy vs a 1 tabler should probably reflect the fact that they're likely going to underbluff turns once you check back the flop, and possibly float too wide vs a 1/3ish size cbet. Checking back the flop is only going to yield the most EV vs this player type if they're going to stab turn too wide and follow through on the river with air too much, but I also doubt that happens. If those assumptions are fair, then just betting flop and catching river (or bxb yourself) is probably going to make the most money vs a random 1 tabler. Great vid as always!
Yeah fair if u think those assumptions are correct, but from my exp random uknown is more likely so stab any 2 vs a X and not understand he needs to continue his frequencies on board that favours my range so i always X back weak TPs there to bluffcatch turns.I dont even think we can BXB this hand because they are supose to block on a lot of rivers with weak Ax and this is the most common leak with all players they have a really bad thin betting range so more of his X range is gonna contain some middling A that beats us.
@@HighEloPokerreally bad thin betting range meaning? That they don’t bet thin enough for value and check their hands that should bet, or that they bet too thin for value? I’m guessing the first makes the most sense
Amazing content Marco - pretty sure this is the quality/type of content paid training sites have (mid-stakes play & explain), so it's great to see this free on youtube :D "One and done" note is really funny And one quick question re: your 3B sizing OOP.. I see you typically go 10x when theory might go slightly larger say 11.5x, any particular reason? Would think people don't construct defence range elastic enough and overcall, so you might want to go larger/more linear
Hey im aware of that u should generally go bigger but on GG theres no need to take down the pot preflop due to preflop rake so i dont need to risk as much when im 3betting thats why i size down.
@@Caspergomezz that was my first thought. But I believe GG rakes pre-flop and Stars does not. So that would make me believe if avoiding rake is the motivation 4-betting is better on stars
@@jacobtarasoff7056 the rake back is misleading, you can find videos on UA-cam explaining the gg rake back, stars rakes less per pot despite not giving rake back
Rake is one of the factors yeah but even bigger factor for me is tighter 3B ranges on avarage,if u take a look at the GTO sims for rush and cash SB has 13% 3B v BTN compared to 15%-16% in every other site AND even vs that range calling KQo and AJo is 0 EV and 0.02 EV so breakeven now imagine guy under 3B by 1% all those hands would have less equity as a call and they would be losing, however u can still play them as 4B because they have rly good blockers vs SB continueing range so thats what i prefer in that scenario.
Hey Kruzer. Would you say Sunni is the best player you've played against in any pool? Also any thoughts on Sifiasco? Is he a good reg in your opinion or just average?
The 66 hero call or good call, that was 100% timing tell fyi. You did not think long on that bet size. Those spots are insanely over bluffed. From just watching a few your videos, i would feel very comfortable as villain calling that river bet. Good price, timing tell. Great video though
100%. In all these gg videos I’ve watched of him he has yet to act this quickly with value and only tanks when has it. Pretty big leak vs good players.
Played 200k hands so far, took a lot of adjusting to the pool and stuff but having a positive winrate is definately doable,u just have to be extremly nitty vs aggresion which i still spew here and there cuz its hard to switch your brain to different playstyle in such a short span.
thx for uploading again! hoping for more content kruzzer its sososo good👍 question for last AA hand at min 43 or so. can we play b10 on this mono board? I remember seeing this sizing often in 4bp mono if im remembering right. and on this runout so KT6sss2c3h or whatever it was, can we triple AAxs for value?
You could,i only use B10 on Ah low boards mono but its not mistake to use it on Kh aswell, esp if the guy doesnt know how to defend vs it and yeah on the runout every overpair is easy stack off in 4BP doesnt matter if the board has a flush on it.
Every 0 EV open can be a +EV open depends on who is at your table rake structure doesnt really matter u gotta keep in mind all those solved sims are solved for everyone playing perfectly postflop,on the flop,on the turn and on the river.
Hey,im really bad at having a real schedule so i play when i want 1 day i can play 1 hr,2nd day i can play 14 hrs depends on my mood 🤣and yes mostly rnc even tho i did start playing some reg tables too.I play 3-4 tables with RnC.
Yes,i still havent adjusted fully i need to be way more nittier vs aggresion in this pool i feel like but till end of the year i hope i can show decent results.
Ive been trying to but i cant find good tables in the morning hrs while i usually play....i scan a bit then i just go back to my comfort zoom :D ,ill shot take soon.
Bro i think you are underbluffing if you are folding KJo and QJo preflop. Your range is way too strong, i do open those hands 50% of the time and 100% vs weaker opponents
Omg dude, you’re Op folding KJo UTG and even worse, QJo from HJ? Wow, insanely nitty. Why does anyone have any incentive to 3b bluff you with that tight of a range 😮
@@HighEloPokersorry just saw this. I disagree, Op KJ from LJ makes 0.01 with GG’s rake structure, while QJo from LJ makes 0.03. 22-55 are indifferent from LJ, so those actually don’t make any money. On the contrary, 22-55 loses a ton since you will get 3b more often and be forced to fold your equity most of the time, while Qx and Jx blocks more 3bs, making it more likely you will see a flop and get to take down the pot more often if you have a high WWSF.
@@NoLongerGrilling I agree with what everything u said but u are thinking in GTO terms, rush and cash doesnt 3B enough and they flat a lot so ask yourself this would u rather have 22 multiway or KJo,thats why i open fold it.
Also, do the regs also under 3b? Bc when i saw u OP folding those spots u did mention that there were better regs behind which should give you more of a reason to open KJo and not 22 since they will 3b more than fish and deny your equity with 22?
Can confirm the Reg Wars series by our hero is top tier stuff! Great video man 🙂

Are U making new series for Carrot Corner or just Play and explain type of video?
Are U staying at GG for good?

that 66 call on 34:30 happens all the time in micro stakes and is very tilting for me haha

His overall 3B stat is low so we can comfortably say he isnt 3betting 20% BvB
