No wiper arms are that easy unless staged ahead of time! Even freshly put on ones are more stubborn than that. Also definitely not a 2014 bmw 328i (F30). It looks to be older.

The BMW E90 in this video stopped being produced in 2011, so this isn't a 2014 BMW 328i as that would be an F30 produced from 2012 onwards.
