    awwww!!! i just noticed the small picture with your chief assistant!!! love it. Among my fondest memories as a kid of about his age was helping Mom do the cooking and baking. And getting to lick the spoon and bowl if she was making a cake. And, while I am not a really accomplished cook, I enjoy cooking to this day--all 70 years later.

    Just took it out of the oven to rest for 30 then remembered I didn't check if cooked all the way through. Good thing I did so back in the oven for 30 minutes. The outside bits are tasting good and I can't wait to dive into it. Thanks for sharing.

    I'd love to try this. I have 8 pound pork shoulder, but there's no printable list of incrediants or how to put them together. Am I missing something??

    Soo how long in total was in rhe oven? Hour twenty minutes??

      Yes sometimes 1 hour is fine. If you have thermometer check centre of the meat and 165F is fully cooked. Thank you so much for stopping by my channel.

      Blade roast are different don't have a rind like whole pork shoulder roast
