And getting to lick the spoon and bowl if she was making a cake. And, while I am not a really accomplished cook, I enjoy cooking to this day--all 70 years later.
Just took it out of the oven to rest for 30 then remembered I didn't check if cooked all the way through. Good thing I did so back in the oven for 30 minutes. The outside bits are tasting good and I can't wait to dive into it. Thanks for sharing.

Yes sometimes 1 hour is fine. If you have thermometer check centre of the meat and 165F is fully cooked. Thank you so much for stopping by my channel.
