There is no new demand for high rise condos, especially at the insane prices for relatively small units and lack of balconies and psrking spaces. Most of these "buyers" are flippers. Existing condo buildings are a much better deal.
Yeah there absolutely has to be a balcony and at least one parking space, or I wouldn't be interested at any plausible market price.
