She loves the garden and will spend an entire Saturday tending it. But very shy on camera, I do get some good shots of her along with her excitement. Harvest videos are always cool. I’m sure she’ll go into hibernation for the winter whereas I keep the farm and videos coming even though it’s cold out. Best of luck to the newlyweds 😉

Beautiful signs! The garden is just heavenly. So good for your mental health to garden. When we grow catnip, we put it on top of the shed roof so no cats can get to it until it's fully grown. Just a little coment on the catnip you should plant it near the house after it blooms it will seed itself and the wind will carry the seeds or you can collect the seeds and spread them where you want them to grow I have them growing in my flowers everywhere some cats don't care for them but most love them also you can dry the leaves for winter nibbles for the fur babies, just a thought

That’s the goal. Believe it or not I had landscape tarp there but I guess cause I added straw on top the weeds grew still. Hopefully we can get some bigger sizes next year 😉

Hey I just read up on Cat Nip, has medical uses and can be used in a tea and in salads, used for headaches, anxiety, insomnia, stomach upset. What a beautiful garden you have, Congratulations on your harvest. If the garlic is dried maybe you can powder it?
Very cool. Garlic is still fine, I just left it in too long. They’re a bit small too but this fall when planting I’ll add some blood meal and fresh compost.

What a nice gift the signs are. We love to honor our dogs, they are all special. Here in New England, we've had very humid summer, it's been challenging for tomatoes, we have squirrels, and rabbits roaming the yards. I did plant yellow wax beans, because we cannot find them anywhere in the stores.
Hey Chad I have a lot of banana peppers and I always chop them up and freeze. So good to add to soups and chilis in the winter. Peppers freeze very well. Your cabbages are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Cabbages split when they get to big or after heavy rains. They do not have to be very big to do that. Lovely harvest ❤
