Beautiful property! I am in agreement with leaving some at the entrance for privacy, then beyond a certain point start opening it up. It’s looking great, Jon! If that was drone footage then that’s a great drone! So many won’t be that stable for long.

My first day with my ASV I backed into a tree and collapsed the rear bumper! It is such thin tubing, so made a real bumper out of 3/8 wall square tubing--solved!
Like a hot knife thru butter. Working around those pines one has to be cautious. As you know they damage and scar so easy if they are hit or even rubbed.
Kinda like a new fence …..looks great if done right , terrible if done wrong . No in between. Great job and video as usual.

Great job Jon professional as always. Love the fact you don’t curse I’ve always tried my hardest not to use curse words and Jesus tells us not to use foul language. It also shows your lack of command of the English language when a person curse’s. God bless brother stay safe and cool.
Really enjoy the videos! What's realistic for estimating acres done in a day when the under brush is similar to what you're working on? I realize every scenario is different, factoring in size of trees and species, terrain, moisture, density. I'm looking to clean up my 38 acres in northern MN and would love to rent a machine. I have a skidsteer and mega mower X that will do a vast majority, but there's some really dense areas that a mulcher would be really beneficial.
Typically one machine, one man, one acre in a day. Obviously this is all dependent on the terrain and type of material.
