Absolutely amazing. Thank you for documenting this. And thank you for thanking your bird friend and little x10! That was the best! 😊❤ I have a little x20 and I feel the same way.
I am so happy that You enjoyed it! 😊 That bird friend really made my day! I have some similar videos on the channel, I am spending a lot of time lately with this little camera! Thank You and enjoy yours✌️
I just love your photography....I have the x30 which is fabulous too. I shoot in jpeg 90% of the time and find I can manipulate them a bit. Do you shoot in square format or do you crop your photos to square? Keep up your great work.
Hi! When I shoot with Canon I did 3:2 when I switched to Fujifilm x10 I wanted to have maximum resolution and on Fujifilm x10 it was 4:3 First it was strange but now my favourite format is 4:3 ! I greatly miss it on the x100v. When it comes to Instagram I always crop it to square 1:1 call me old fashioned but for IG the square feels just right! Thank you , Cheers! :)
I Love my X10. I hope that some day Fujifilm will build an updated compact with a built in zoom, but I think it may be challenging to build a small enough lens now that they only have APSC sensors.
This zoom is what really makes a difference, I am not a one focal length person. I believe they can build it, probably not good for the business :) If You fined 12MP too little You can try enhance option in LR or save it in bigger resolution in LR. It do some magic :)
Hello there! Loved the video and the beautiful shots that you did! What kind of setting do you use to have powerful blacks like these ? The grey weather and high luminosity doesn't make it harder to get great monochrome pics? Cheers!
Hey, thanks! For most of the shots monochrome film simulation, with softened highlights. F2.8 Iso 400 and Dynamic range 400. That gave me plenty of room to do small tweaks in LR. Cheers!
Beautiful shots! Some of my all time favorite images were with the X10. Wish I still had mine (they are expensive on the used market). I sold mine to “upgrade” to the X20, but I never liked images from that camera, they seemed noisier. When the X100v gets back to normal, I’ll try to get one, it’s perfect for this style of images.
I bought mine for used around $50 7 years ago, today it sells for just under $300 here in Norway. I'm looking forward to the same rise on my Nikon D1 (as if)
The thing is, I usually edit for darker background and on white it doesn’t quite have the same viewing experience. White outline is just to distinguish photo from bg. I guess nobody is fan of frames but this is just practical.
@@TommyNordpole there's more than one way to separate a photo from the background and i think thats the worst choice. i'd at least make the outline really thin if were to used that. i prefer the drop shadow over grey background.
Your video illustrates that, even under ugly conditions, the X10 takes excellent pictures
@@jackthompson8377 Oh yes! That was my first video with it 😃 I always take it with me when weather is grumpy. Cheers!
That’s an awesome little camera to be walking around with - some great pictures 🤙🏼
It is!!! The more I use it the more I Love it :) Thank You!
I really appreciate these, I just ordered my X10, it will be my first Fuji, I am beyond ecstatic! and your videos make me anticipate even more!
Its a really fun camera! Enjoy :)

Any ideas for the next video?😅
I use an X10 and love it.
My favourite daily carry together with my 2005 Ricoh GR digital from 2005.
Cool! For me my X10 and my Iphone its a perfect duo :)
The X10 is a great looking camera. I have several cameras that are "better" than my X10, but the X10 photos can be just as good. Thanks for sharing.
Same here! :) I used to carry my pro camera with me all the time, but this little beauty have all I need in the small and elegant package. Cheers!

@@TommyNordpole I’m now on an XE-4

Thanks a lot! Surely gonna do more! 😊
You made me laught Tommy! We have same weather in Warsaw since begining of November. One more monthe to end it! Good luck to you!
Hehe, Its quite mixed here, but this year mostly grey overcasts, it is what it is, cant wait for “perfect” conditions 😅 Cheers!
@@TommyNordpole Right! Norway is amazingly beautiful! Can't wait it too!

Heh depend on the day 😅 but sure I shoot colour as well!
@@TommyNordpole hopefully can see them on your next video. Looking forward for it actually:)

Thank You! I appreciate this camera as well! Actually I am planning to get the second one of X10 just for safekeeping ;)
Great video I just purchased an x 10 myself and I love it did these photos come straight out of camera or what processing did you do?
I shoot it B&W at Iso 400 and dynamic range 400 they were more flat, I edit in Lightroom added contrast, clarity and some vignettes ;)
Have one and I am baffled by the second hand market price for this camera. Over the price i paid for it brand new
What was the brand new price back in the days?
@@TommyNordpole about 280 USD in today’s money
