I tried for over an hour with a 3/8 ratchet. Luckily you mentioned the 1/4 ratchet which allowed me to loosen it. I didn't watch the whole video and got the socket stuck. Finally got it back out after watching the rest. You are a life saver.
Glad got it out and the video was helpful, thank you 🙏🏼
You are brilliant! I have watched every other video on this and just couldn’t get it to work. One thing that helped me get a little leverage to crack the nut loose was to put the 1/4 ratchet handle through a box end wrench. Torquing the wrench turned the ratchet. THANK YOU!!!
You’re welcome and thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks for the video needed it for my 2009 Nissan Murano LE 3.5L.
Saved me time--so thankful for your video 👌
You’re welcome 🙏🏼 I’m glad it was helpful

You’re Welcome 🙏🏼
How did you get the pulley off the tensioner? Is the thread reversed, or is it still lefty loosey for that? Thank you for your video. I just took the steering wheel pump off to replace it, I might as well remove the tensioner while I'm at it. It's starting to squeal.
Great Video Love it !!!😍👌
Thank you 🙏🏼
my 12 year old belt needs to be changed- was thinking about changing the belt tensioner - just because- how did u know it needed changing on. yours- - my belt has slight squeal on startup- then levels out after a few minutes
Mine does the same thing

@@ScorpionMultimedia I'm done brother thanks, I did it in 2 hours but I did it, my screws are 12mm thanks, really thanks thank you very much, I think if I save about 60 dollars thanks, although I don't speak English the little I understood I did it and that's it I stay and there I go buying tools, instead of paying a mechanic what I can do in my car, I do it, instead of paying a mechanic with that I buy tools, thanks.
💪💪💪
not enough room to fit the socket through the pump for 2010 maxima
Are you going to get new rotors?
Yeah I will from r1 concepts
Is it normal to have a slight squeal after a few minutes after startup than dies down.
Yeah probably fluid on the belt
Don't you need to torque the 2 bolts?
No. Just remember how hard they come off
Can someone please tell me what size bolts I need for the 2010 nissan altima tentioner? Both bolts snapped off and I gotta find 2 more to replace them. Thanks
It the same size as the max I was working on in the video all the part numbers are the same with your 2010 altima
How much torque did you use?
You don’t gotta torque these down
True
@@Kumbaya-cd9li well you can say that about any bolt but the torque spec is 18 foot pounds
