Yomuu's GhostBlade + Phage (and later BlackCleaver) + Winged Moonplate (and the items that build out of it) give you basically permanent 389 MS without boots (BC MS boost passive gives you back the MS you lost from GhostBlade MS boost passive after entering combat). Its the only no troll item combo that lets you do a full 6 items Legendary Items Bruiser build without MS loss. Oh, and the builds you can do with it will have 85 - 100AH and it also enables the highest reasonable AD build in the game with Winged Moonplate build into Hull.
2:24:14 if you buy boots or a resistance item here you gain +6 AD from jack of all trades. Not saying its always optimal, like if you wanna rush your item, but 300g for boots you get all that MS at the cost of 4 AD I think its pretty worth
