I had and still have the same FPS issues. Got RTX3060 with 10th gen I7 laptop. Used to run steady 144fps without drops at all, but now it crumbles down to 70 from time to time. Have it since beginning of this year/season.. I think it's a riot games issue, can't find a solution for it, tried playing with all settings but doesn't matter, maybe their anti-cheat software bug? Also reset my laptop and upgraded to windows 11 pro version, but didn't work. Even installed a completely new M.2 nvme ssd but still same issues.
