Coming fom such a wealthy family, it makes sense Emishi wanted to make sure Hotohara wasn't hounded by boys, many of whom simply liked her for her status and money. It became clear after that one day she was gone, when ALL the boys jumped at the opportunity. But Yuto was different. He didn't join in on that hounding, and even protected her from harm when no one else even bothered. It's no wonder that not only did Hotohara fall for him, but that Emishi, and even Mr. Hotohara accepted him, seeing how Yuto would protect his precious daughter, without asking for or expecting any reward. The one who doesn't want it is the one who deserves it most.

Hinako Hotohara's dad is an analytical beast! He surmised Yuto and Hinaka's situation after a few questions. Then her maid Emishi was brutal to Yuto while being civil to him. He should have stayed in the hospital longer.

She had no right to throw insult at Yuto because in his mind Kaoruko was always out for him and staring at him so fiercely so there was no way he would have thought Hinako liked him. Kaoruko’w face at 10:55 literally has murderous intent. She can easily become a you know what. Well I’m glad Hinako confessed her feelings for Yuto and got together

I do like thr new intro/outlook. It's cute!!!
1. I would taken the money. Invest it and double it(minimum).
2. Again with the ambiguity. The MC is not familiar with romance, so it's foolish to assume he will understand subtle "hints" from the FMC. He's not a mind reader. Emishi takes an L for that.
The maid kept calling the boy dense but she was going on the premise that the boy and the girl were on equal footing but they're not because they come from different worlds! The boy was doing what he thought was expected of him not what he wanted to do!
Not to mention she insulted Yuto and way she was always staring at Yuto almost feels like she wants to kill him
Atleast he fell down an entire flight of stairs instead of the normal two steps my bones are made of glass troupe.

Two things :
First , when Mr. Hotohara said it was her daughter's fault why he fell on stairs and ended up with broken bones , it's actually not her fault , it's those boys fault . Those boys were so persistent so i don't blame Hinako for running away from them , causing her to fell on stairs but was saved by mc .
Second , i agree with what Emishi said , Hinako should really confessed to mc directly because he'll not get it no matter how obvious the clue you gave to him , and I'm glad that Hinako did .

For the first i think its no ones fault imo she ran away forgetting the lay of the land and the peoples overwhelming curiosity to know her it was an accident no one was really wishing harm on one another
And i'm sure the boys regret and has been reprimanded for storming a poor child
The second part is what I agree the most. We boys are like all normal humans. You give mixed messages, no one will ever understand. Just be upfront and confess, consequences be damned.

Man this was a story. Yuto ended up breaking his arm to save Hinako from falling down the stairs, and gained her love from that. Pretty standard stuff, and cute and wholesome stuff too. Her father, however, was a total bro. He accepted Yuto, and was willing to give him money, on top of his bills, and letting his own daughter have him and take care of him. And then there's Kaoruka. Man she was terrifying. But atleast she'll now get to train Yuto on how to be a man for Hinako. Dude seriously needs it with how dense he is.
