NECESSARY MATERIALS
1 red pepper.
3 spring onions.
1 onion.
1 pinch of parsley.
1 pinch of fresh mint.
1 potato.
3 eggs.
Half a tea glass of milk (45 ml).
1 cup of flour (120 grams).
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar (10 grams).
1 packet of baking soda (10 grams).

Hi from USA Georgia! My family just had this dish for breakfast after seeing this video early in the morning. It was so delicious! To use what I had in the fridge I used green onions, red onion, carrots and tomatoes for the veggies and feta cheese, mozzarella cheese and provolone cheese for the cheese. It took about 30-45 minutes to cook fully on low/medium heat. I served this with a cucumber & olive salad & boiled eggs. Between 2 adults and one child we only had 4 pieces left over. SO GOOD. Highly recommend. This is going into my regular recipe routine.
I wonder if using fluffy pancake batter would taste just as good?🤔 Seems like a delicious breakfast or brunch dish!!😎

I think I would use a sweet red bell pepper. I would not use mint, but something else -- maybe fresh thyme or basil. I think I would add a cup of freshly grated old white cheddar cheese, and maybe a few small grape tomatoes cut in half. (It's always so much fun to experiment!!) This is a very good no-bake technique and I will definitely try it. Thank you so much from Toronto, Canada!!

Hoje é 23/02/23 e estou conhecendo suas receitas. Pão na frigideira é uma ideia simpática e saudosa. Minha Mãe fazia qd ñ tínhamos fogão à gàs e ela ñ queria acender o forno à lenha, no quintal. I made this last night. It was delicious. The only variation was I used shredded cheese instead of thick slices, and it was hardly even noticeable that there was cheese in it at all. Next time I will try thick sliced cheese. Was very, very good

I made this with Parmesan and feta cheeses and added tomatoes and more salt and it came out awesome! I cut back a little on the peppers because it was a little too much for me but it came out exactly like I wanted. Amazing recipe! Thank you!
