    North Kiara, formally known as Dutamas has always been high in demand for its connectivity to major highways to the city, also its proximity to amenities especially international schools. Although it’s right next to Mont’ Kiara, the characteristics are very different.
    Most of the developments around Dutamas are fully residential, which means it’s gonna be private and quiet. However it’s not convenient from a pedestrian point of view because there are nothing much within walking distance. It’s also close to the brand new MRT 3 station, but again not within walking distance.
    Personally I totally adore the duplex unit design, all spaces within are clearly laid out. The only part I don’t understand would be the narrow masterbedroom within the unit we visited. But please bear in mind on the density of the residences available within the address. This developer also provided extra green spaces above the local requirements to provide more space between buildings.
    Along with the rapid development of the KL Metropolis masterplan, this area is definitely rising in popularity.

    Hi Sean, i followed your advise on making informed decision, did a site visit, asked many question, and finally checked with the sales staff on what was included in the partial furnishing... After signing only discovered some furnishing brand/type was not as shared by agent 😅

      ​@iherng Nope not this project. Although it was not a deciding factor, however still felt a bit cheated 😅 Agent really will say anything to close sales 😂 is there anything we as buyer can do about this?

    I’ll say that room is meant to be a helper’s room with an en-suite bathroom. Which means it’s the first time I’ve seen a helper’s room being humanely dimensioned along with an actual properly specced bathroom.

    Sean why do you consider Dutamas Raya area as the highest density address in Klang Valley?

      Well not specifically that road, but 1km in radius from that road which involves Mont Kiara as well.

    sadly mrt mont kiara station has been removed based on their latest map update. n that ramp is genius and should be made a mandatory to new projects 😅

    If you want to make a statement and impress with infinite volume, just move outside and the space wil be immense.
    The big unit was probably the best so far, all categories.

    type A actually disappointing cuz you dont need 4 room and 3 bath for that size . But the type F, that is a really a dream home 🤣

      The high density condominium 😂 I think around that place should be over 2k units within opposite neighbour. Probably who live there around 1k plus I think

    15:37 can imagine it will be quite sad preparing meal in the wet kitchen alone while everyone is outside mingling around 🤣
    Anyway if only there's a closer access from this area to the Mont Kiara side, literally just across the NKVE toll plaza 😆with the currently available access roads Kiara 163 and 1MK feel soooooooo far away from here 😂

      Yea, the difference in topography created a distance. But it’s an alternative if you don’t need to go 163 everyday :)
