The unit has no Technical support or warranty in USA so I do not recommend anyone to buy
I find out, diagnostic scan and obd2(jobd and eobd),are two different scan,diagnostuc scan is the one usually use cheap one like 479 only can scan engine,429 only 4 thing srs abs engine and transmission,they are not full system scan,you can buy a JDiag M2 to do the full system wireless scan,about a$35,and if you work on car,buy the 479 have 15 reset for doing work,427 only 11 reset,obd2 scan just scan emission control.

I will buy the 479 ,I know it only can scan engine,but it can do all the reset like my work that pro3,429 can scan more,but still only 4 not all ! So I will buy another full scan tool like JDiag M2 ,to do full system scan,it cheap,and you can hold it on dashboard, have fun.

Bought the autel mx808 a few weeks back good tool but it doesn't charge through the obd plug which is a pain..tell me this Leon what's the story with updates with that..seems Like a good tool
Yes mate I'm still playing with it but so far so good I think you get 18 months free updates I need to check it out I'm not 100% sure and yes it is very handy that it charges but the OBD2 plug

@@pacoperes9411 I don't have these units but I know how these updates work. All the features are functions works forever. Updates are not required and are totally optional. Your device will just not have the latest fixes or speed improvements or car model years but it will continue to work as always.
The Autel has the nice big screen, which is worth the extra money on its own!

It's not really the scan tool it's more than car like everything if you want to get more options you have to spend more money

Hello. Which protocols read. Because I have a 2019 suzuki vitara and has J1850 VPW and it doesn't enter to the system..
Off the top of my head I'm not sure but you need to make sure your OBD2 plug is working first make sure you got powers and grounds also try and go into different data don't use OBD2 use factory scan data see what happens
it may not support your car 2019 suzuki vitara.The new car has too much self-protection function.

What you're not telling people is that you provide no product support, and your devices require updates near $100 after a year. Worst of all you or anyone else won't sell the update cards which leaves buyers stuck with scanners they cannot use.

Hi Ronald,CRP429C can not do key programming but X431 V,Pro mini Diagun IV can do it.
I sent this unit back worked good for a few weeks but after constant updates storage ran out and it wouldn't respond with vehicles ect

Hi mate it's very difficult to say personally if you were thinking about getting one of them I would go for the launch diagun IV it's a little bit more expensive but it does a hell of a lot more

@@dashcamdude6690 hi mate I know it's possible with some vag stuff not sure about any other stuff but my guess is if it's possible you are going to need some serious equipment for it unless you have an option built into the car which you can turn on and off but again I don't really work on Qashqai so cannot tell you

Hi mate I believe it does certain ones but a lot of key fobs are programmed manually as well unless you mean actually you want it to start the car with the transponder then the best thing to do is you have to go on the website and see what it can and can't do as it's impossible for me to go through every function and test on every type of car
