I think You used daily rice, nowadays people use long grain basamati rice. But it tastes as well. You made it simple and tasty,even if you are young. It is doable recipe. Hats off to you sister. :)

nice video. thanks. in our house we follow similar recipe -just that we add tomato as well to grind. Can you please teach us on how to prepare navilu kosu and bread added in the pulav .
Thank u so much :) if u want to add navilu kosu just add it along with other veggies :) and shallow fry the bread pieces with some oil or ghee add it on the top while serving
I added regular croutons instead of frying the bread after the pullav is cooked and mix it and let it stay for a couple of minutes and the croutons will soften up. Great recipe. Thanks Shilpa.
