I agree. I think that’s what separates morissette from others. She sings Mariah songs with her who identity so it becomes Mori’s version of the song instead of another cover of a Mariah’s song.

Because most of the videos used here have shown Mariah in her Mid to late 30's. Mariah has been suffering from vocal nodules since she was a kid and over time it affected her singing voice. She still sounds great and is still a legend regardless 💕
And btw the only part in this video where Mariah and Morissette were the same age was the Emotions, Love Takes Time and Vision of Love part and Mariah sounds much more powerful and agile than bebe Mori. 💕

Nobody does Mariah quite as great as Mori does..at least in my opinion..Kyla captures the runs better.. Jona might have the more crystal clear and resonant belts..but Mori is the best overall..She is the only singer I can think of who can really stand next to prime Mariah in terms of singing her songs.. I grew up with the voice of mariah, I know everything about her.😉🤷♀️ Katrina ?? Whitney ??
