I love the collaboration of your talents! Svetlana's construction and Benni's painting always leads to such beautiful and iconic props. Thank you for these wonderful tutorials!
That's incerdible guys ! You make me wants to make some by myself ! I need Widowmaker's gun in my wall ! But also sombra *_* Keep going, I subscribed, and I can't wait for your next videos ! Kisses from France !
I just want to thank you for your videos, I got into the cosplay world, when the covid appeared I was judged because I am 27 years old and I was told I was too old to start. I believe that everyone can do whatever they want at the age they want. Your videos help me a lot and even if sometimes I do not succeed on the first try what I try to do with the Eva foam, it's okay, I learn and I start again ! Stay as you are💛 ! (From a novice cosplayer from Quebec)
I love the difference in the video quality, it looks soooo good and you and Benni have really improved on your English (since you are both German) :D Really liked the video, was really simple to understand. Thanks Benni :D I will take this with me in my cosplaying!
This video turned out great :) I'm actually getting an airbrush soon. Would you consider making a video on basics for airbrushing(like where to get one, how to work on a budget - more or less, how to maintain the tool)?
Thank you for this video! I'm going to be making my first foam prop item with my next cosplay and this was very helpful in deciding how to paint certain areas and details.
This is some super amazing build and paint work on both of your parts! I just started on using your techniques for blueprint making to draft a pattern out for widow's rifle myself.
I have a question for Beni, about some of the fine detail parts. as a painter would you find it more helpful to paint the pieces before they were put together? For instance if you have a metallic accent 2mm detailpiece of foam and a matte solid color background piece. Would you want to paint the detail before it's applied to the background? Or do the layers of paint interfere with the contact cement?
MFG Sebastian ;)
This tutorial is so useful! I'm planning on making a Cyberspace Sombra cosplay and really all I need to do for the gun is change the colours around! Do you have any ideas on how to make the details and such on her bodysuit? Thank you! :D
I'm kind of confused as to why you used transplart if you just covered it later on. Am I missing something? Is it still transparent-ish, or did you just use that so you don't have to sand regular/black worbla?
Hi there. Do you have a link to the compressor and paintbrushkit? Looks awesome :D Hey.
I'm currently working on a sombra cosplay and this gun tutorial helped me out a lot, and thanks for the blueprint! I'd love to add some LED lights for the visor, any tips on how I could hide them without adding to much size? :)
aaaaaand somehow that surface primer is the exact size of the ammo so u can put it on the table straight....:D who thought... :D....also im interested in a destiny build, maybe a sniper rifle or a knife....out of worbla/foam....maybe a future video?
you said you have to clean the airbrush paint container after every color....cant you just buy multiple containers that u keep clean for every project, then when the project is done u can clean em all at once? is it possible to buy just that part or parts? :D
Hey Benny Do you still only use the small compressor for all the spraying you do? I have one with the small tank attached and it gets very hot when I’m spraying my props. Or if you have a shop compressor for the bigger pieces what might I be looking for? Thanks :)
Just found you guys and I think your videos are awesome! Do you have any advice or plans on how to start a full body Bastion? I see alot of people use insulation foam.
Awesome video as usual! Cant wait to make one of my own!! Side note- The website used for buying eva foam ships worldwide but the shipping is very high for people in the US...is there anywhere else i could find foam? If you know it would be greatly appreciated!!! Love you guys❤️❤️
What would you recommend doing for the lettering/details if we don't have a vinyl cutter or similar tools? I'm not quite confident enough in my skills to paint those on myself...
Also dann weiß ich, was der Osterhase bringt. :(
Hi guys, I went to my local art supplies store and saw that you get air brushes with different nozzle sizes... 0.25, 0.5 and 0.8. which would you recommend for cosplay paint jobs? I was thinking that the 0.25 would allow for finer work and would therefore be best.
Your videos are so well structured and informative! Thank you so much and keep up what you're doing :) Also, how do you decide where to add shadows and highlights? Is it kind of just an intuitive thing?
Sorry if this was ages ago or if you have already answered but can u put a link or some info about the air brush kit you use??? I would really love to know more
Not the exact one but one similar to this: www.ebay.com/itm/New-3-Airbrush-Compressor-Kit-Dual-Action-Spray-Air-Brush-Set-Tattoo-Nail-Art-/140975810534?epid=809538088&hash=item20d2d027e6:g:lCEAAOSwvUlWrVhG

That's so freaking awesome, absolutely great work :D I wan't to do this gun by myself My question is now, is this difficult to do for a beginner? I didn't work at all with all this stuff before :3 I would really appreciate an answer ^^

Thanks for amazing tutorial, Svetlana and Benni :3
Thank you for this video! I'm going to be making my first foam prop item with my next cosplay and this was very helpful in deciding how to paint certain areas and details.
You guys are so talented and amazing! Good work ;)
6:12- Benni uses good trigger discipline, even when handling a gun made out of foam.
*Benni: And even if the gun was made for a girl and looks really small in my hands, haha!
this is the greatest invention of all.
This is some super amazing build and paint work on both of your parts! I just started on using your techniques for blueprint making to draft a pattern out for widow's rifle myself.
Amazing work, and also: amazing dog

Wow! Tolle Arbeit, Tolles Tutorial! Bitte macht immer so weiter :-)
Love the videos and tutorials! Much love.
Shadowgrey is great to highlight black.
Do you prefer airbrush or traditional brushing?
They both come out beautifully, I'm just curious.
*Benni: I like both actually! I think I prefer traditional brushes for fantasy armor and airbrush for more modern stuff however.
KamuiCosplay Ah, good to know. Thank you! :)
whoa!!! so pretty!!
that came out so awesome.
That looks very good. Just subscribed ; D
Amazing job guys!!
Gorgeus as expected
Thank you! :)

Hi +KamuiCosplay!!!! I have been a fan of guys for a while and I was wondering where could I get the airbrush set that was featured in this video?
Very talented! earned a sub! :D And Someone else who likes Vexento, Woo!!
I would love to see you make Mercy's staff, I think it'd be a nice challenge for you
SO many Overwatch things to build! >_
How did you get your silouette to cut tiny vinyl so good?
It just... does it?
I'm kind of confused as to why you used transplart if you just covered it later on. Am I missing something? Is it still transparent-ish, or did you just use that so you don't have to sand regular/black worbla?
Can you guys make the tracer guns? That will be nice :D
Would acrylics work aswell? Spray paint?
He is using Vallejo that is acrylic paint.
Really enjoying your vids both can I ask what filler do you recommend for foam
+Tony Gibbons Any air drying spot putty should work really. Make sure to not use it on flexible parts of your build though
Please make a guide on how to make Junkrats gun
He's my main and I want to make it
please make tracers guns and chrono excelerator
yes
**Chronal Accelerator.
I wAnNa Be TrAcEr.
The transfer foil is a good trick! Where did you get the transfer foil from?
Bought in on Amazon! :)
Hi there. Do you have a link to the compressor and paintbrushkit? Looks awesome :D
Hey.
can you make hanzo's bow next please?
I'm currently working on a sombra cosplay and this gun tutorial helped me out a lot, and thanks for the blueprint!
I'd love to add some LED lights for the visor, any tips on how I could hide them without adding to much size? :)
Hmm I would probably hide it beneath the visor and make the light point upwards to illuminate the visor above :)
KamuiCosplay yeah, that's prob the best idea, thanks alot! I'll tag you in the final product on Instagram! ^^
aaaaaand somehow that surface primer is the exact size of the ammo so u can put it on the table straight....:D who thought... :D....also im interested in a destiny build, maybe a sniper rifle or a knife....out of worbla/foam....maybe a future video?

This might not be related to the Cosplay, but what Breed is Zelda? So fluffy and cute !
Im pretty sure its a corgi :)
Hey Benny Do you still only use the small compressor for all the spraying you do? I have one with the small tank attached and it gets very hot when I’m spraying my props. Or if you have a shop compressor for the bigger pieces what might I be looking for? Thanks :)
You should try do a big build like winstons electro gun thingy (dont know the real name)
Just found you guys and I think your videos are awesome! Do you have any advice or plans on how to start a full body Bastion? I see alot of people use insulation foam.
Yeah you will need a good construction that you can out onto your body and then attach the armor pieces to. Foam sounds like a good idea! :)
your channel is great very informative , but I subbed for the doge :)
Mission accomplished!
Looks great.
Educational and entertaining ^_^
Awesome video as usual! Cant wait to make one of my own!!
Side note- The website used for buying eva foam ships worldwide but the shipping is very high for people in the US...is there anywhere else i could find foam? If you know it would be greatly appreciated!!! Love you guys❤️❤️
You can try out TNT cosplay foam from the US. I heard it's good as well!
Can you make Mercy's Caducey blaster?
Damn these vids are awesomr
What did you have to give for your vinyl cutter?
I need some help with the vinyl cutting part?
How do I send it over and where can I buy transfer film?
Thanks.
You need to use the program that comes with the vinyl cutter and you can get it on amazon :)
_thats really good_
Benni looks like a vampire
What would you recommend doing for the lettering/details if we don't have a vinyl cutter or similar tools? I'm not quite confident enough in my skills to paint those on myself...
We'll it's gonna be either painting it on or glueing it on ;)
I love it! Why i can't buy it!.. 😦🙇
I NEED the prime layer right? I tried Airbrushing it without it and the color wouldn't show on the black eva.
Also dann weiß ich, was der Osterhase bringt.
To think I (painstakingly) painted by hand.
Where did you get your airbrush? Do you have a link?
Hi guys,
I went to my local art supplies store and saw that you get air brushes with different nozzle sizes... 0.25, 0.5 and 0.8.
which would you recommend for cosplay paint jobs?
I was thinking that the 0.25 would allow for finer work and would therefore be best.
Depends on the colors you wanna work with. Some acrylic colors will have a hard time going through nozzles that are too small. We mostly use 0.5
Welches Material hat sie dafür denn benutzt? Auch Worbla und schaumstoff?
I want it so much ! *^*
Your videos are so well structured and informative! Thank you so much and keep up what you're doing :) Also, how do you decide where to add shadows and highlights? Is it kind of just an intuitive thing?
+Metallicassassin Thanks! Yeah it's an intuitive thing :)
Sorry if this was ages ago or if you have already answered but can u put a link or some info about the air brush kit you use??? I would really love to know more

OMG I NEED THAT.
Are you using transparent or opaque inks?
I'm thinking about making the gun but giving it a fallout themed paint job also I live in the us and I can't find the EVA foam you guys have I only found the ones with a texture on the back
Try out TNT cosplay foam! I'd love to see the version you're making! Make sure to send me a picture! :)
KamuiCosplay thanks!
PLS!!! make more overwatch props i enjoy them a lot! :D
trigger discipline....well done. XD
That's so freaking awesome, absolutely great work :D
I wan't to do this gun by myself
My question is now, is this difficult to do for a beginner?
I didn't work at all with all this stuff before :3
I would really appreciate an answer ^^
+Lunaxx I think you can do it! Just give it a go! :)
KamuiCosplay Thank you
That intro though XD
Fantastic!
Satisfying!!!
Damnit Svetlana forgot the scratches
Since neither seem to know i'd like to let them know that tape/weird reflective strip on the side is a computer ribbon cable.
Haha thanks! ;)
Is plasti dip a sealer?
