Great review.I really love this HB Gits.
I used to had a lot of Gibsons and Fenders.
But i needed money so they went and goodbye gits.
Now i got all these HB Guitars and i'm happy with them. And even if i had all the money in the world,i would buy those HB Gits.It is the singer and not the song,or to say it in other words 》 It is the guitarplayer who make the sound.
However these HB Guitars are made for People who wanna make music, without being robbed by name. The look good and they sound great.
And the price is awesome. What more can you ask for.
It is funny when people think just the fact to own a gibson or fender makes you a good gitplayer.I tell you,if you would give Jimmy Page one of those HB Paulas and he would started playin, he would sound exactly like we know him. However another man's coffee is another man's....

This model is in my opinion the current Harley Benton alpha guitar. Stock at Thomann is currently on empty for almost all of their models. Business must be good. I have three myself and play them all everyday with joy and pride.

It's a great guitar no doubt about it. And when the Vietnamese get their act together it will be even better. Thanks for watching :)

The sign of a good guitar is how well it sets up

Apart from a couple of the TE models the necks on most are a modern C shape. This particular guitar is a modern C,,,not as slim as a 60's but it's not chunky it's a very easy and comfortable fit

Lovely burst on that. The 450 gold top with P90's (chinese) came to me in exactly the same condition, heavy as hell, fatty neck, but has a soul.

I've been trying to get one of those for a couple of months now but they're out of stock. I also feel the Chinese HB's are better quality. Cheers for watching

I've been on the Thomann website checking the range of HB guitars, can you please tell me what on request means ?

    • @stookiebhoy
      @stookiebhoy  6 років тому

It means they don't stock that particular model in Germany at the moment, but if you want it they will order it to come from their manufacturing plant in either China or Vietnam depending on which model it is. Hope this helps :) Thanks for watching Peter, please subscribe and click notifications. Oh PS - I know another Peter Grant who played for Celtic :D Went to the same school as me....not you is it?

Mark Ryan no not me, I didn't manage led zep either.
Thanks for your reply, I'm interested in the TE 90 hh in trans blue which is on request at the moment.
If I take the plunge I'll let you know.

I'm just about to order the P90 model in trans red

Mark Ryan I have a g&l tribute tele, so I would prefer the trans blue HB tele with humbuckers , for the variety of tones. That red one looks good though. If it had buckers instead of p90s it would be the one I'd go for !

Are you seriously trying to compare a £200 guitar with a £2000 guitar? I mean, seriously? Tell me you didn't just do that there? I'll reply after I stop laughing....although that may be some time
