Fair play Chris nice job. I’ve been a panel beater for over 30 yrs so I know how much patience it takes making panels. I bet your neck was aching too. 😊 keep the videos coming. 👍👍👍
Thank you very much, I’m a joiner by trade so working with metal instead of wood makes a nice change and challenge. Lol, yes the neck was a lot achy the next day but it’s all good fun😀 thank you for the comment and I hope you enjoy the videos.👍
Really good work Chris takes me back when I was doin this work on my rs turbo coupe of years ago
Thank you for the comment, much appreciated 👍
Great video. Your making good progress
Thank you!
Good work. I've been using a SIP Migmate 130. Got a love/hate relationship with it. 😆
Getting there Chris 👌🏽
Thanks Scott, I’ve just noticed that some of the music for the time lapses have not worked in the first half of the video 🤷♂️. Its great being able to get some new metal back in the car.
@@ModernClassics81 keep up good work she will be ready for paint no time 👌🏽
I feel your pain m8,my rs is rotten in the same place's as yours and worse at least i can relate to the vids and learn from it cheers. The aftermarket panels are crap and misleading
Hi Chris what size wire are you using? 0.6 or 0.8?
Hi Stephen, just had a look and I’m using 0.6 wire but have just noticed that I’ve got a 0.8 tip in the torch. So will get them matched up. Can you tell me which wire is best to use 0.6 or 0.8?
