I saw these guys in a bar called jimmy z's in Everett, Wa , there was maybe 200 people tops , it was so incredible , I couldnt hear for 3 days after . After Mike left , David was a perfect fit for Metal Church , I really wish they would have stuck it out . Ronney is ok I really like his voice , but he will never have that quintessential Metal Church sound like David or Mike .

GOTH metal to me is Type O negative, Cradle of Filth, Eleven Shadows, Moonspell, Spiral Trance, Ancient...etc. Metal Church is HEAVY Metal with a dark lyrical content. My buddies used to call it Thrash! like Ovekill, Dark Angel, Nasty Savage, Fates Warning, and all those metal blade dark thrash bands back in the 80's the list goes on.........
