In pressure Cooker (5 Whistle) :
Rice - 1 Cup
Toor Dal - 3/4 Cup
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tbsp
Water - 5 Cups
To Grind :
Oil: 2 tbsp
Toor Dal - 1 tbsp
Bengal Gram Dal - 3/4 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 5 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1 Nos
Cloves - 2 Nos
Cinnamon - (Small Size) 1 Nos
Coconut - 5 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - 7 to 8
Asafoetida - 1/2 tbsp
Dried Chillies - 10 Nos
To Saute :
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Mustard Seed - 1 tbsp
Urad Dal - 3/4 tbsp
Curry leaves - 7 to 8 Nos
Asafoetida - 1/4 tbsp
Small Onion - 30 Nos
Tamarind Extract - Medium Size Lemon
Tomato - 2 Nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 2 tbsp
