Here it is - the progress on the Atlanta Braves NEW stadium is taking shape! This short aerial video clip shows the construction site in motion as the American Builders team builds Suntrust Park!

I see this and imagine all the wonderful, helpful things that could've been done to cobb county, and they blew it on a sports arena. That would've been a wonderful spot for a new VA hospital. That money could've gone towards a million other meaningful things, but no...the "heros" are the athletes right? I realize there's a budget for this and a budget for that, but they can move that money around wherever they want in reality. They chose to go with what will help fill their own pockets with cash. What happened to our priorities? Most cobb co. residents don't even want this stadium, especially since we're being forced to help pay for this abomination. We didn't get a choice. They could've made something else and still have produced jobs for residents and all that. This really makes me sad.
