Great video! I love the what I eat in a day videos. I’d love to see more of them. It helps me get ideas. 🐠
The timing on this is great. I just renewed my orderly meds today and literally came here to post on your last video to see if you were aware of the changes. One of the newer things i noticed from last month is they now require a full body photo every month prior to renewing your prescription. Hope they don't turn that into a tool for determining if you still qualify for the medication. Some people are "skinny fat" and don't look how heavy they actually are. But otherwise, still happy with their service and the product. Thanks for the info!
Thank God I haven’t had any issues with shortages. I have been able to get my 10mg without issues. I do use a hospital pharmacy they seem to have priority with wholesalers
I am in Lexington and they are calling for more thunderstorms this evening, lol,I agree I am ready for the sunshine! My CV did not have my 5mg today but they did have 2.5(Moun) so at least I got something!
🐠 nutrition help for sure!!! Thx!!
Great Information 🐠
🐟 thank you!
Yea it’s such a mess right now! I have my 5mg prescription sitting at the pharmacy, I have 8 weeks til I will need to get filled thanks to supplementing with compound so hopefully it will come in. I looove that shirt do you remember where you got it? 🐠
🐠 thank you 😊
I was able to pick up my 5mg!
I had to call my pharmacy to make sure it wasn’t an error that it had been filled!
Here in Arizona I’m still waiting for my Mounjaro 5mg for now going on a month and a half. I am also diabetic. My doctor gives me a 2.5 and 5mg prescription just in case the 5mg isn’t in. This really sucks big time. I can see that my numbers are greatly affected. They need to release the vial or make the pen like Ozempic!
I gave up on the stress of wanting to hunt down my Zepbound and on my 3rd shot of compound via join fridays from red rock pharmacy. I don't know if its the same POWER as name brand but i seem to be ok. . . i'd rather have this than nothing and the stress of trying to find zepbound. When Eli Lilly figures themselves out I would consider going back to them. But for now compounding will be my answer to bridging the drought. ok take care- insert fish emoji here lol -
No problem getting my MJ!!
Same and I’m in NYC
It so crazy that zepbound was prioritized since they are exact same medication. They rather help weight loss over diabetes. You will never understand how a diabetic feels if your not diabetic. Im for weight loss meds but common since would say it is more important to treat diabetes over weight loss. I do believe weightloss is important but if you are already a diabetic it should come 1st.
🐠Just signed up with Orderly this weekend and my compound shipped yesterday. I got notification today that my Zepbound I've been waiting on for several weeks is in stock and shipping out today or tomorrow 🤣 Glad to have Orderly as a back up and the new system will work great for those of us who are using compound when we can't find our prescription. Mine is currently covered by insurance, so I definitely want to get name brand when I can. Thanks for all the info!
I’m sorry I’m not sure what you meant by your Z bound being shipped out. Do you get it through a mail order or from the pharmacy.?
Glad you were able to get it
@@angelJ2023 mine comes in the mail. I have a specific pharmacy I'm required to use
🐠 thanks for sharing.
I couldn't find my 5 mg mounjaro. I had to go back down to 2.5 mg dose. I am a diabetic. I thought taking some medication is better than not having it. I hope i can find the 5 mg dose next month.🐟
Can't you just use 2x 2.5mg same thing correct?
Exactly the same for me!! 🫤
If you use 2 pens, you’ll be short 2 weeks. So, I wouldn’t do that.
thanks for the info.
Hi, I’m a new subscriber to your channel. So much info in this video, thank you. Can anyone tell me what the certification/recertification is when using Orderly? Does anyone know which pharmacy the meds come from when using Orderly as well? I am in PA. Thanks!
🐠 thank you
I have been on MJ since February and had trouble this month getting my 7.5. I had to call around. Insurance covers it because I'm Diabetic, but I had to get the prescription transferred to a new pharmacy to get the medicine. But I needed a new authorization from doctor and insurance all over again. Insurance also doesn't let us get the medicine until a couple days before the monthly dose. It would be nice to be a month ahead just incase this happens again. I woull also like to know from anyone else with Diabetes if you have been very slow to lose weight like I have?
Cute top!! 😃
I have had no trouble picking up my mounjaro picked up 10 mg !! 😊 thank goodness I am a diabetic.
Same I had no issues with 10 mg mounjaro !im in nyc
Hi Brittany
I am on my second week of my Orderly meds and am very happy. I am on medicare (disability) and my mounjaro has been paid for in full however, what good does that do if its not available right? I will be calling Walmart pharmacy today just to see where they are as far as availability as it would be lovely not to have to pay for the meds but I’m not crossing my fingers. I enjoyed this video. Thank you. (Goldfish)
UPDATE: Called Walmart and was told my 15 mg was ready for pickup! 😮🎉😅
Brittany - you and I are close to each other. I’m in Harrisburg and watching the new Eli Lilly facility go up. I’m hoping this helps with the shortages.
It’s going up pretty fast!
I called some of the pharmacies in concord today and can’t get Zeppy 5.0 anywhere. So going staying on 2.5
The shortage was pushed back to end of June(Q2)
Make sure you have your dr check your pancreas levels (even if you think you are not having problems).
Thanks- I hope Medicare will cover Mounjaro. I’m diabetic and have family history of stroke and heart issues. So far, I pay $386 a month 🥲. ❤ 🐟🐠🐡
I am also diabetic and I am using United Health Care Medicare/Medicaid dual complete plan and they pay for my Mounjaro. They also paid for my Ozpempic no problem when I was on that. I would try that. You pay $0 for it if you have a dual complete plan.
@@FROGLETLAND thanks, I have to wait for open enrollment to change
I was able to get my Mounjaro 15mg. Yesterday
Same! Me too!!
They need to fire their marketing teem. If they couldn’t foresee this, they need to be replaced.
I went to my pharmacist yesterday and I notice they have the Weight Loss now in pill form that you put under your tongue and take once a day. What are your thoughts on that? I can’t find a lot of information on it? Something people might wanna look into as an alternative if they can’t get the shots. I will not be doing it because as of now, I can still get the shots, but if I couldn’t, I would definitely be trying that.
So it’s a new thing. Sublingual pills/drops are coming out now for both Mounjaro and Wegovy. I haven’t heard much on the effectiveness of the Mounjaro, but lots of people say the Wegovy version doesn’t work. There are some Reddit threads about it. Orderly meds is thinking about doing it, but when they asked on the Facebook group most people said they weren’t interested because of the early data. I definitely think it COULD be good, but they have to sort figure it all out.
Hey! Did they ever let you know how long you can keep the vial? If you do a 15mg vial and only draw out 5 or 10, is that okay?
All compound vials come with a BUD
which is a best use date. So far I have seen everything from one month to one year on the vials from different pharmacies. It is also recommended that a vial be thrown away a month after it was first used.
@@MomofSeven123 Thanks! But I am specifically looking for her personal update on what she was told.
I know about the BUD - I think she was going to get clarification on it.
The pens aren’t the biggest issue and vials aren’t going to be some savior for the shortage issues. Canada and Australia use vials and their shortage is as bad as, if not worse, than the shortage in the US.
